the worst. it took over 2 weeks for them to send a referral to my insurance company, even after my insurance company had called requesting it. no one is helpful and to this day i am still waiting on a call back from the office manager.
Me and my family have been with Dr. Read for over 15+ years. We love him!!!
Awesome physician and practice. I've been a patient for right at 25 years. I highly recommend Dr Read.

Dr. Read is one of very few doctor's these days who really spends time with his patients. He takes the time to understand your whole health situation.
What an arrogant jerk! I was so glad to change doctors; he's so careful (not to get sued, I suppose) he sent my medical records to North Carolina to have them copied for my new doctor, and I was charged $68 for that! Cocky and chomps gum all the time. He even called me at work and yelled at me, claiming I had misquoted him, (when I know I hadn't). RUN DON'T WALK-as far as you can from this awful, lousy excuse for a doctor!!!

Very slow to respond on a weekend call before going to Drs. Hospital emergency room. When did call back, one hour and thirty/forty five minutes later, there was a very lackadaisical attitude about my problem, and what came across as a shortness in responding . It was like Why are you bothering me with this. You could have gone directly to the hospital. Vast difference in care and caring at the hospital.
