Everything with my visit went exactly how I imagined it should go. The doctor was awesome, the nurse was great, and the lady at the front desk was the best. All doctor offices should strive to be like this one. I highly recommend them.

Dr Rashleigh removed my thyroid a year or so ago. I had almost no pain following the surgery and the incision healed very quickly. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Rashleigh recommended an in-office removal of a mass, with referral to another surgeon. He neglected to perform a biopsy before surgery or baseline MRI. The mass was malignant, and he then said he could do a second surgery, but he'd want to consult about "where the facial nerve entered the skull". I do not recommend Dr. Rashleigh.

Dr. Rashleigh did an amazing job with my surgery. Had my thyroid removed and a total neck resection done, scar looks good. I would recommend him for any of your ENT needs.

He has always been very helpful and goes beyond trying to clear up ear problems.

Most unprofessional medical experience I have ever been apart of. From the very first impression : multiple receptionists ignoring patients at the window for 5+ minutes until they are done talking to one another to greet you. Upon arrival of my first appointment, I was told the doctor was running "about two hours behind" (no phone call to let me know that before I gave up my lunch to drive across town for the appt.)... I rescheduled, I can't imagine anyone being able to wait that long for a consultation. Since then I have been hounded with bills claiming a "no-show" fee for that day. The day of my rescheduled consultation, I was brought into an exam room, door left open, while multiple nurses came in and out grabbing supplies they claimed "we don't have these in the other room", and having personal conversations with one another. Next Dr. Rashleigh came in with a man that was shadowing him. He examined my tonsils (I had had strep twice in the past month and my PCP strongly suggested I get my tonsils out), confirmed with the man that my tonsils were "a 4.5-5 out of 5 on the swollen scale (5 being biggest)", yet told me he "didn't think anything should be done at this time" and to just come back if I get sick again, which seems pretty counterproductive when you can take out something I don't need anyway and avoid another sickness. Total waste of time and $$ to be told he wasn't going to do anything about my incredibly swollen and uncomfortable tonsils. Have to say though, I'm glad he didn't want to take them out because I would NEVER feel comfortable undergoing surgery in that office anyway. Then, calling to resolve the no-show fee, I talked to a receptionist who got my info, asked me to hold, then after waiting another girl picked up the phone and asked me what I was calling for.... I explained again, told her I was put on hold and she said "oh well...let me have your DOB cause I don't think she's doing anything about that" then told me just to call billing.... seriously? If you can avoid this disaster of an office DO IT. I can't believe this group of medical "professionals" could be so completely unprofessional. I would never ever ever recommend anyone come here and wish I could give less than 1 star because there hasn't been a single part of my experience with ENT Associates that has been positive. I tried to clean my ears with a Q-tip, but I made the problem worse. So, Dr. Rashleigh cleaned my ears out. My son comes in as well, and we really trust him. I would recommend him to everyone!

Has strep and it would not clear. Visited Dr. Rashleigh and was treated for an abscess. I gained so much confidence in his abilities, knowledge and bed side manner that I will allow him to remove my tonsils.

Dr. Rashleigh treated me for a cancerous tumor in the tonsillar pillar. I found him to be an excellent physician, whose initial diagnosis of my condition was spot on, despite many reasons for doubt. He offered me a few options as to appropriate treatment and care for this suspected cancer. I elected to have him surgically remove the tumor and am thankful that he did such excellent surgery.
