Friendly folks on the outside however, when i had my lenses replaced, they frames came back with a terrible repair and with scratches. The lab broke the frames and tried to do a fix. Steven Phillips clearly saw the scratches and agreed they were recently repaired. Accused me....wouldn't even consider admitting the lab was wrong in trying to repair. Literally called me a liar. The staff backs the lab, not the customer, BEWARE

Best place in Sierra Vista to get your glasses. Staff is great and Sabrina was especially helpful.

Small, friendly office. Dr Phillips is extremely attentive, never in a rush and will always take the time to ask how you are doing and make his patients feel valued. Highly recommend! Be sure to schedule several weeks in advance!

Great Eye Care Place

I had a bad experience at another local eye doctors office. I went to Dr. Phillips for a second opinion and will never go anywhere else again. The whole office is so helpful and friendly. Dr. Phillips is the kindest most patient doctor I have ever gone to.

I was visiting from out of state to see my new twin granbabies and lost the one contact that I wear. I was almost blind and afraid my whole trip was ruined. Gone there for years No more. Customers and staff had no masks on during this Epidemic. I was upset. One person put mask on. CD C guidelines were not being followed in June. VERY disappointed. Previously had loved going there

Doc Phillips & staff are the best, there is nobody that will love you & care for you like them.

We moved from California to Sierra Vista a few days ago, and immediately before the move some floaters appeared in my wife’s eye. As soon as we arrived, we made an examination appointment with Dr. Stephen Phillips. He discovered she had a small retinal tear, and he set up an appointment for laser surgery with Retinal Associates in Tucson for the very next morning. He said, “this is where I would go myself for surgery”. We were very impressed with Dr. Phillips knowledge, empathy and professionalism. Thank you Dr. Phillips! Friendly and very helpful!

First time for eye care and the staff is so friendly, very helpful and professional atmosphere. Very welcoming.

Was able to make an appointment when needed. The examination was thorough and professional. Dr. Phillips and his staff were very competent and courteous. He is my optometrist of choice.
