I had a medical emergency with my diabetes and had to cancel an appointment the day of to go to the emergency room, they charged me $50 even though it was a medical emergency and when I told them I’m not working and have no income due to a health issue they told me I couldn’t get my molar fixed until I paid it. Does not take Fidelis insurance, for those wondering.

Beginning of pandemic my mother got very ill. I had an appointment on Monday and not knowing if she would be settled I called the office Friday morning and left a message that I would need to reschedule. The office was closed but they had an answering machine. When I called back to reschedule they informed me I was no longer a patient due to that missed appointment . Don't waste your time with this dentist. He is more interested in talking to his assistant all the while working on my teeth. I have to go to a different dentist to correct all the horrible sloppy work he did to my teeth. While filling a small chip on my front tooth he used the wrong shade . I wish I would have read all the negative comment s ...I could have saved myself the horrible experience .

Still the best in my book,very friendly staff,they make u as comfortable as u possibly can be,they dont want u to feel any pain if possible. Only dentist i trust:)

They treat their low income patients like trash. If they do not want to work with you any longer, they will fabricate their records to show you missed appointments to then drop you as a patient. Because of the way we were treated, my family was looking for a new dentist before they made a decision to drop us based on fallacy. We have confirmed this position by reading other reviews. If you are looking for a friendly dentist that makes you comfortable during your most vulnerable time, this is not the place for you.

I just had to tell them that I want to be dropped as a patient here because i called because I had a appointment on the 20th of may and they are supposed to call you the day before to remind you of the appointment I was marked as no show that day I took off of work so I missed 8 hours pay when I tried to get ahold of some one concerning my appointment to see if I was actually scheduled for that day no one picked up . So I don't know what they expect me to do . The I got a letter in the mail saying that I should have shown up To my appointment and that they will charge me next time even though it's not my fault no one called to confirm and when I tried to get ahold of someone no one answered . I then tried to call to get this whole thing sorted out and I get told I'm not gonna argue with you next time you don't show up to your appointment they are not going to reschedule you there anymore so I hung up and tried to call again and this time I got ahold of the receptionist as this location and she is telling me she handles the calls and scheduling and she knows that didn't happen and basically yelling at me calling me a lier then she had the balls to ask me if I want to reschedule no I want to be dropped as a patient thanks bye I believe she said her name was Danielle and before this place says they have no recorded of me as a patient here my name is not bella autumn that is just the name I have on Google account ( do not go here they are very rude and unprofessional I am glad I am no longer a patient here) I missed out of 8 hour pay for this BS . RUN AWAY! The dental hygienist Barbra watched TV while she was doing my tooth cleaning. She cut my gums. Then she made fun of the TV anchor for wearing a mask and said COVID-19 isn't something to worry about. INSANE! I'm afraid for my health now, who knows if she wears a mask outside of work. Went the silvercreek office , I'm terrified of dentists but got my guts up and went . Found out I needed a deep scaling and a tooth cavity filled. The filling and first quarter of scaling went ok . Then I got coronavirus , I did the right thing told them I couldnt come in due to being sick canceled a few appointments. The secretary called me back screaming at me that I put them at risk and everyone had to be tested. ( they never saw me when I had covid EVER and I told her this !!she was parinod) demanded I send her my possitive test my private medical papers but I had a fever at the time and just complied . Noone even asked if I was ok just screaming it was awful. I never was ever treated so horrible in my life from any medical professional. So fast forward 2 weeks later I'm completely recovered healthy no symptoms out of quarantine over a week in public and I try to call to continue my other 3 scalings . They refuse to see me without a negative test that new York dept of health no longer requires and my insurance wont pay because it's a old policy for coronavirus .So because I cant get another test without paying a ton of money and the secretary literally said we are scared of you .they made it very clear I was not welcome there and my comfort and trust was 0 at this point .I cant finish my dental work . At this point I felt inhuman and backed into a corner terrified of this dentist discriminating against me but gets worse I move on to a new way better dentist to find out the tooth they filled a month prior has to be pulled it's full of cavities never was a good tooth and the 4th of my mouth they scaled I had to get redone as it had calculus still on it. Then to top it off they send me my bill charging me for gum maintenance I'm not allowed to actually get because I'm not allowed there and charging me for a water pic I never used or even want . How can you charge me for services YOU refuse to give me any care ? And the bill is WAY more then my current dentist who actually did all 4 parts of my teeth and a filling. Total disaster shameful business nothing professional about this dentist. My aniexty is a 100x worse now at dentists. I almost cant believe all this is actually happening to me . This is awful never felt more inhuman and scammed in my life . I will fight these inflated charges as far as I have to. They did barely anything compared to my new dentist . And what they did was poor had to be fixed and redone .and I cant continue gum maintenance if I'm not allowed there . If you wouldn't eat at a 2 star restraunt i wouldent go to a 2 star dentist. Good people in general but told both dentist of problems I had and ignored the problems. Been in multiple times, you pretty much have it be half a dentist yourself to go here because they seem to have troubles seeing problems, they want you in fast and out fast, feels like a money grab vs proper care. They Are GR8. I like a lot other have a bad anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist. They comforted me and handled my anxiety. Very professional and a great bedside manor. You won’t regret going to them.

Super friendly staff. I got a deep cleaning from Basia. She was amazing my teeth feel so clean. Rachel was super helpful and so nice. 10/10 definitely recommend.

Office staff unprofessional, Dr. Pericak arrogant, political comments regarding covid 19 from staff, no social distancing, they couldn’t get insurance right, when questioned they lied, i had spoken to insurance company had more info than office had, dr fired me as a patient, wasn’t planning on continuing with them anyway, next day their office called needing my help with insurance, lol

This is by far the best dentist I have ever been to. Office is very clean and his staff is always respectful and very caring. they are always professional. Dr. Perciak is the only dentist I will ever go to. they are perfectionists and handle every issue very professionally.

DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!. EXTREMELY RUDE DR'S WIFE (RACHEL). I WAS TOLD PREVIOUSLY THAT SHE DOESNT KNOW HOW TO TALK TO PATIENTS-THAT IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT. I HAVE SPOKEN WITH HER ON A COUPLE OF OCCASIONS WHEN MY INSURANCE WAS BILLED IMPROPERLY. YESTERDAY I WAS TOLD BY HER "WE DONT LIKE WHEN YOU CALL HERE". Horrible...........I went to have my teeth cleaned, which still hasn't been done by the way. I Got xrays only. They said I had sinus infection that I needed to go see my Dr, instead of just writing me a script. They said they wouldn't do a cleaning until I have a deep root cleaning. When that was authorized they called with me to set up an appt and told me what my cost would be $583.00. I made two appts, then received my cost share from my insurance in the mail $238.00. BIG DIFFERENCE IN MY COST!! I called to find out why and was told that's because of the electric tooth brush and water pick kit. Insurance doesn't pay for that. $300.00 kit!! I asked if it was optional because I already have a water pick, she said no, they will not do the deep cleaning if I didn't buy there kit. I canceled my appts. If you are on Medicaid they will use it against you. I had to reschedule my first appointment there, which they held against me, I was fine with that cus I just moved here, scheduled me for the 24th then proceed to call the 21st and say I missed my appointment and I would not be seen at their practice. They did not call and confirm the appointment they claimed I had and said the reason I was being treated this way was because not a lot of people will accept my insurance. What a wonderful surprise. Needed someone to help me out in an emergency and thanks to a toothache - I have a new dentist. I had tried a few dentists after moving back east - this one is a keeper.

My wife and I came in for an appointment after years of not going. We were terrified. All the staff were so friendly and great with our teeth. They gently scolded us appropriately for our poor dental hygiene. We talked for hours about our kids and work. The new building is beautiful- one of the nicest I’ve ever seen. Now a tractor supply is opening across the street and I can’t help think that Dr Pericak has kicked off something economically in North Collins.
