I was nervous about my appointment and self conscious. Sr Paulsen and his staff were incredible and remained that way throughput surgery and follow up appointments.

Dr.Paulsen was amazing with my breast reconstruction following a bilateral mastectomy. He and his staff are very knowledgeable, caring, and informative.

I was totally happy with my experience with Dr. Paulsen and his entire staff. I received a total facelift 8 weeks ago and very pleased with the results. No complications and many follow up visits to make sure it’s all healing. Results are amazing and spot on, subtle refreshing for a 63 year old!

Dr. Paulson did my lower facelift and eyelid surgery. I could not be happier, from the overall results to Dr. Paulson and his team. 5 stars is not adequate.

Dr Paulsen was recommended by my MD as the BEST, and I agree! Dr Paulsen did a facelift, neck lift, and eyelid surgery (Blepharoplasty). The whole experience was easy and minimal pain and fast healing. I am 69 and needed from genetics and sun damage. The staff and Dr Paulsen didn’t laugh at my age and were great and encouraging! Price is right, too! I highly recommend!

Great surgeon who is very proud of his meticulous work. Grateful that God appointed him to do my surgery. I was very concerned and had many questions. He was patient and did not push me to do surgery before I was ready. Now I understand why, he knew the results would speak for themselves. Post surgery, he kept checking on me and I could go back if I had any concerns. I have no regrets and glorify God for giving each of us unique gifts and talents. Dr. Paulsen performed eyelid surgery on me while awake (my decision). The Dr. and his staff were very kind, caring, and patient. I had to lay completely still for about 2 hours and started to sneeze uncontrollably. Dr. Paulsen was so patient and his surgical staff knew what to do. Left with no problems and not too much bruising. Within 10 days my eyes were not swollen and just about bruiseless. Two weeks to the date Dr. Paulsen was pleased with the healing and permitted eye makeup again. I would highly recommend Dr. Paulsen for any surgical needs. He followed up a few hours later and just a kind, caring Dr. Dr. Paulsen took the time to address all my needs and suggested what I actually needed and not what I wanted. Very honest and caring. I highly recommend Dr. Paulsen. He has a very welcoming and well trained staff. He is very detailed. He was able to provide the best treatment plan for my desired results. I had a breast lift with implants. I love my results! I have a very natural look. My recovery was much easier than I expected.

Dr. Paulsen and his entire staff from front desk to surgery are the best! I had eyelid surgery with not an issue at all. I healed with bruising within 14 days. Each day got better. I'd highly recommend Dr. Paulsen for any form of surgery. He is very caring and will advise if what you want is really needed.

Awesome! I went to Dr. Paulsen for a Brest reduction. He took his time in explaining and detailing the procedure I was about to have. By the time he was through I had no doubt he was the doctor for me. I could not ask for a better outcome. I’m pretty much doing my happy dance everyday! He’s a great surgeon and he has a great staff to back him up. Always meets you with a smile. They are knowledgeable and very competent in doing their job. I would highly recommend Dr. Paulsen without a doubt. He also does a great job with Juvederm to give you fuller lips. I’m loving mine.

Friendly staff, Dr Paulsen is very attentive and likable. He does a very thorough consultation. After a lot of research and consultation with another doctor, I chose Dr Paulsen for my facelift. He did a beautiful job, I couldn’t be more pleased

Dr. Paulsen is a fantastic surgeon that I highly recommend. His skills, first and foremost, are exceptional and proficient. His attention to detail and personal care are notable. For me, he possess the perfect "calm yet knowledgeable" personality for which I was searching. I felt comfortable with his guidance before surgery and safe and secure during my procedure. Although I did not deem it's importance, I now recognize and value his tenet to take extra time during surgery to "get it right." This is my first experience with face surgery and Dr. Paulsen recently transformed my aging neck, face and eyelids beyond my expectations. Thank you, Dr. Paulsen!

I love my results from my reduction mammoplasty. I was very nervous at first. He explained everything perfectly. Answers every question I had. Asked my opinion and listened to every concern. Absolutely loved the care from the nurses. I’ve had several surgeries in the past and have never got the care I got with Dr. Paulsen. He even call the days after surgery to make sure I was still doing okay. I would definitely recommend him over and over!

Dr. Paulsen & his staff are professional & caring. During my initial consultation Dr. Paulsen explained in detail what the procedure to replace my breast implants would entail, including all risk factors, and what I could expect during recovery. He gave me many opportunities to ask questions to ensure that I had a clear picture of the whole process. His nursing staff is genuinely caring & kind. I am very happy to have chosen Dr. Paulsen & am extremely pleased with the results.

Dr. Paulsen and his staff are awesome. I never had to wait long in the waiting room and felt as though all my questions were answered. I came to Dr. Paulsen for a ruptured saline implant. After he gave me all of my options, I opted to replace both implants with silicone. I am thoroughly pleased with the results of my surgery.

In 2008 I went to to Dr. Paulsen for a mini-lift. I was under the impression he was a season plastic surgeon as he lead me to believe he was. My requested mini-lift is NOT what i got. He build up in the cheek area, he pulled my neck skin upwards and attached it to ears which later pulled my earlobe down to point that my ears are disfigured. He performed another surgery to loosen the skin. Finally he detached the skin. Today I have chronic ear infections and horrible scarring. He is awful.

I had such a positive experience under Dr. Paulsens care. His office is nice and clean. His office staff are very patient, positive, and friendly. After only a few pre-op visits he was able to understand and give me exactly what I was hoping for. I couldn’t have anticipated a better experience with my first surgical procedure.

Dr. Paulsen did co2 laser under my eyes. Everywhere the laser hit left a deep mark that looks like a gash. Dr. Paulsen offered to redo it but would not tell me what went wrong the first time.The worst part is the fat/volume loss that happened all over my face.Dr. Paulsen sent me away with devastating fat loss and deep marks under my eyes.

Dr. Paulsen is an amazing dr and does amazing work!! He not only made the hardest time of my life easier but made me look even better than I could’ve ever imagined!! I would highly recommend him and his office. There are not many doctors that take the time to personally check on patients and care as much about relationships and outcomes as he does.

My experience with Dr. Paulsen and has staff was and still is excellent. My augmentation was approached and completed with the upmost professionalism. As well as my Botox. I highly recommend Dr. Paulsen and his staff to any one who is looking for plastic surgery of any sort. You will not be disappointed.

Dr. Paulson does the best Botox ever! He's a plastic surgeon and truly knows the facial muscles to inject Botox for a very natural look. The results are superior to anyone else who has done my Botox. Plus, I paid less per unit than at other places. Watch for Botox Specials posted on FB. I trust him totally with my aging face and will consider lip and check fillers. He did fillers on a friend. She looks natural and gorgeous. Dr. Paulson and staff are professional, friendly, and helpful.

Dr. Paulsen performed breast augmentation on me in Feb 2016. I have 3 children and breastfed them each for at least a year, which left my breast tissue virtually non existent. My OB/GYN recommended him. Dr. Paulsen is professional and listened to all my concerns and answered any questions I had. I was able to show him the results I wanted through pictures and he delivered PERFECTLY. I couldn't be happier with results. Post op care was phenomenal as he called to check on me at home.

He is a perfectionist which is exactly what I want if I am having surgery. He and his staff are very kind and professional.

Dr. Paulsen is terrific! He is an expert at what he does, and came highly recommended. He was part of a team that included another surgeon and an oncologist, all from different hospitals/systems. They worked together flawlessly. Thorough, funny and has very high standards. His staff is wonderful! Very professional, but still personable. My family waited in surgery waiting room for hours during my procedure. Dr. Paulsen was the only surgeon who came there to talk to them after, all day!

I went to Dr. Paulsen for my breast augmentation and I am so glad I did! Dr Paulsen took the time to answer every single one of my questions. I chose Dr. Paulson for my breast augmentation. He is board certified and I could not be happier with my entire experience. He is caring, compassionate, and highly skilled. I am the third generation in my family to use Dr. Paulsen. I first met him in the ER when my daughter was bitten in the face by the family pet.Today she has a faint scar where once there was no skin.Some years later my mother had Dr.Paulsen do a neck lift and repaired another surgeon's mistake.When I decided to have a brow lift and blepharoplasty there was no decision to be made.He is direct but kind, a perfectionist.Who better to be a perfectionist than someone working on your face.
