Dr. Stephen Ozanne

I was referred to this office by my health insurance. When I called to ask if the office was fully vaccinated, the person who answered the phone (Shannon) said that there were people with Christian beliefs in the office that made them exempt. When I said that was bulls***, she hung up on me. When I called back am hour later, she answered the phone again and started making excuses. She tried to undo what she had told me earlier about religious exemptions for staff, especially when I told her I had already called my family doctor's office to tell them why I wouldn't be going to see Dr Ozanne. It was unprofessional, and any office that provides medical services but thinks religious exemptions to vaccines during a pandemic are acceptable is not anywhere safe to go. WOW !! What a great experience. Dr. Ozanne and his office staff are awesome. The staff is highly efficient and organized. From the time we walked in until the time we left; they were all friendly, caring and helpful. Dr. Ozanne took the time to listen very carefully and we never felt rushed. He explained his findings and showed x-rays so we had a clear understanding of the problem and his recommendation. We would highly recommend Dr. Ozanne to anyone. WOW !! What a great experience. Good morning I had a bad experience at the his doctor officer. Not saying he is not a great doctor. But saying what I don’t have on that upset me.I was told not to ware perfume of any kind an so I followed there instructions to the T. It was told me that Dr. O was allergic to perfume so am I. So when I get to the office I was told that I have on a fragrance and that was not so. The reason I know it was not so is because I am allergic to perfume .I have waited such a long time on this appointment and it got me so upset I went into a panic Attack. Ther reason I’m giving this doctor a 4 star is because they said I had on perfume and I did not. Maybe someone in the elevator had it on but I did not. Very minimum wait time. The staff are all friendly and approcable. Dr. Ozanne listens to you and shows you visually what is wrong, with xray pictures or books with diagrams so that you get a clear understanding. He is very patient. I definitely recommend his office when in need. Completely satisfied.
