Horrible You have to follow his treatment plan. He doesn’t listen to you. Very aggressive to kids. Very stuck up and better than others attitude. I HATE him.

He seems very attentive to my daughters needs. Staff always gets back to us right away and they really seem to care.

Dr. Nanton saw my daughter. His office was in contact with us as soon as the referral was made. We got in to see him right away. He was very nice and pleasant. He talked to her about her symptoms, told us what he thought was going on in a manner that we could understand and answered all of our questions. His nurse called right away with test results and what Dr. Nanton wanted to do. Our daughter started feeling better right away. We are extremely pleased!
Dr. Nanton was wonderful in taking care of our son. He answered all our questions. I really trust him.
He is very knowledgeable, but as a pediatric GI doctor he provides very little direction for home care and downplays symptoms/conditions. There are no other options at Avera so you can't get an appointment in a reasonable amount of time either. Physical therapists, pharmacists, and other professionals that we have spoken with have differing opinions for proper care. We don't trust his judgement.
