If I could give zero stars I would. This was the most unprofessional and degrading experience I’ve ever had with a medical professional. I went to my appointment and the nurses had severe difficulty inserting the IV and blew not one but two veins. It was severely painful as I was stuck 5 times, each time extremely painful, and each time unsuccessful. I was having a panic attack because of how awful it was. The doctor walked in and just said “so are we going home or what?”. No bedside manner at ALL. Why not say “would you like me to try to help you?”. My husband was there holding my hand as the nurses had already said he could be there until the IV was done. He knew he had to leave after. He was silent and not causing any trouble, her the doctor said “get him out of here”. Excuse me? Just politely ask if he’d wait elsewhere but why talk to someone like that? I thought it over for a day to decide if I was right to be offended, and I decided to call the office and ask to speak to the office manager in case maybe there was a misunderstanding. The doctor himself called. I asked him to please wait just a moment because I wanted to put it on speaker for my husband to hear. Once I said I was ready he said “oh I guess you’re recording, right? That’s what the pause was?” Rude from the get go. About the IV situation he just said “that just happens sometimes”. Ok; but why not apologize? About him belittling me for being in pain and having a panic attack he said “I’ve got a job to do, I’m not here to help your mental episode”. I was stunned. He then told me to never come back, that he didn’t want to help me. I’ve never encountered anything so degrading, humiliating, and unprofessional in my entire life. In fact in all my 40 years on earth this is the first time I feel the need to publicly review a doctor. Please stay away. This man has no business working in medicine if he won’t treat patients with respect and compassion.

Staff is extremely friendly and down to earth and very patient when answering my questions and concerns

He and his staff were very kind to my grandson before, during and after the removal of 4 wisdom teeth.

Wisdom teeth out yesterday I called because I had a few questions and they were acting like I already knew the jist... very rude about some questions ive asked ans they told me I was supposed to be handed a book with instructions.. well I DIDNT. surgery went great but they are some very rude people.

Very professional great staff made u feel safe thank you again you girls and guys are great

I'm on my second day of recovery from having all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed. He did an excellent job, and I'm feeling pretty good overall. I'd definitely recommend his services!

I absolutely love Dr. Modelevsky very kind an caring an the staff were as well I’ll recommend anyone for his services ❤️ My daughter had 4 of her wisdom teeth pulled he did a great job. An he gave her a courtesy call to see how she was doing. ????????????????????????????????

This guy is a joke. All about the money.

Still awaiting a deposit refund since November 2019. I had to pay a DB RET DEP fee at my bank after his office (Teri Modelevsky) put a stop payment on the 1st refund check she wrote 0n 31 December 2019. Of course they did not notify me of their action. I called them 24 January after visiting my bank and was told by Clare that there was another check being sent out. The office person "Clare" could not tell me when or if it was sent or what the check number was. I just have to wait...... I do not recommend anyone having to contend with front office inconvenience. Modelevsky himself is a great surgeon but staff could be a little bit more client friendly

Had two teeth cut out. Staff and Doctor was very professional.

Everyone was so nice! I didn’t even have any pain after the surgery.

A great doctor with great nurses I was so nervous when I went for surgery but they made me feel safe and did a great job taking care of me!

I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted and I must say I was quite surprised by how good the experience was. Dr. Modelevsky and his staff are very kind and knowledgeable. They informed me of everything I needed to know and answered any questions I had. The procedure went well and recovery went much better & faster than expected. Doc made sure I had enough medication to last throughout and they called to check up on me. Prices are reasonable and on-par with the area. I'll definitely be visiting again if I have the need. Not sure why he only has 3 stars. Dr. Modelevsky and his office were great to me. My dentist sent over a referral for wisdom tooth removal, and they got me in within a week! Staff was friendly, sedation was enough (and not too much), and Dr. Modelevsky was very polite and personable! They also sent me a refund check within a reasonable amount of time! He cancelled our appointment less than a week before procedure, after spending weeks figuring out childcare, grandparents coming from hours to help, etc. All because he decided to schedule a doctors appointment for himself a few days before my wife’s procedure. Very unprofessional and uncaring staff when we called to try and work it out.
