Dr. Stephen Menzel

On Thursday August 10th at 11:10 , I had an appointment with Dr Menzel. I arrived to my appointment about 10 minutes early. At 11:40 I politely told the receptionist I was leaving. I was asked if I would like to go to one of the rooms to wait, and I declined. No explanation as to why the big delay. Had I stayed, I do wonder how long I would have been there. Took care of me extremely quickly. No fuss. Also, the staff and Dr. Menzel are very nice people. Would recommend to everybody!!!
