I have been cared for medically by Dr. Lockey for many years. He is very compassionate and detailed. Dr. Lockey listens patiently and intensely, and takes the time to answer all of my questions. I appreciate Dr. Lockey's care for my health. He is thorough and aware of the costs and efficacy of different drugs. I would recommend him to my friends but I don't love all of his PA's and one can not always see the doctor in this busy practice.

Met with Dr. Lockey today. Constantly interrupted myself and my wife. He mocked the notes my wife had prepared for our appointment. He was extraordinarily rude, and ultimately unable or unwilling to provide the allergy-related advice we were seeking.

I spent 3 hours in the office as the 1st patient of the day. (This was my second visit, with the 1st visit very similar in length.) I had allergy testing in my skin, the nurse left the room for 20 minutes. During this time, NO ONE came to check on me. Then there was a 2nd allergy test with the same wait period and no one checked on me. I waited another hour and a half. Dr Lockey never came in to do a follow up evaluation, and sent his nurse in with instructions to take medicines which would have duplicated AND contradicted the medicines I was already prescribed. He hadn’t even read my medication list! This was just some of what happened. The nurse stated he wanted to see me again in 6 weeks, but I will NEVER go back and waste so much time. I had to wait a bit but it was worth it. I like how Dr. Lockey took his time to explain everything and took interested. You sometimes don't get that anymore with a Dr it's always rush rush.
