Find another doctor if you really need a working treatment plan. I’m not even sure where to start or how to describe the poor service provided by this office. The worst I’ve ever experienced. They NEVER answer the phone (called 10-12 times different days and times over 2 months) and they rarely return calls. When they do, they don’t follow up and are not helpful. Dr. Kimura was very nice, but you need more than nice from a doctor. He doesn’t seem to be too proactive, there’s no updates, and all you’ll do it wait, wait, wait. Many complain about his staff, but who ultimately takes responsibility for them? Hire more or do something. I patiently awaited 2 months for allergy shot with no follow up or update, countless calls going unreturned and no access to doctor to make plans. Missed work, nearly went to emergency room, suffered terribly all the while I couldn’t talk to a real person without days of persistence and even then, I couldn’t talk to anyone with real answers or information. I held back on this review for so long not wanting to be negative and just hoping that the next effort to reach out would yield some answers, an update, a gracious opportunity for another sample shot or even the suggestion of another Appt to follow up and get insurance approval for treatment — crickets. The staff seem unconcerned and unmotivated to assist folks dealing with difficult, life impacting illnesses and if you can’t even provide decent communication, how can you be a business that is supposed to help people with their health?

Well let’s see my primary doctor sent a referral to this office 2.5 months ago. After waiting 2 weeks from th date initially requested from My primary to be seen by this facilty. I have yet to be able get anyone to answer the phone, return a call, of course after hours you can only get ahold of the emergency se on call which is a TP and can’t assist you as he isn’t a member of this practice. As yes 22 calls I have made during business hours not one time did a live person pick up. Not one message get returned. I have even faced their office in desperate attempt of getting ahold off someone to my new patient appointment meanwhile, 2 1/2 months later the symptoms that has caused me to request this referral from my primary care doctor have now worsened and I can literally not hear anything out of my right ear and I’m suffering daily. They don’t have emails or a contact option on their website. I literally can’t believe any professional license medical personnel, would run their office this way if you read the other reviews, it was very enlightening, so obviously, I will be requesting a different referral even if I have to go out of state, then attempting to come to this office as it doesn’t matter whether you’re a new patient or an existing patient. The service is poor here. Never in my life have I had such a experience with a medical doctors office. The oath sworn of “do know harm” and I am assuming becoming a medical practitioner was to help people. Instead based on 90 percent of patient reviews all I see is a lot of stress, anxiety, frustration, and physical suffering and harm of the patients attempting to be seen for medical conditions/symptoms and illnesses that are going untreated and or treated late and off schedule which can create more delays in the patients road to be better and healthier. To emphasize and warn to any who read this I have never in my life left a review rather good or bad experience for any type of establishment in my entire life let alone a doctors office. That’s saying something as most certainly have had experiences that warranted one. But never felt so compelled to do this as I most certainly would not feel comfortable now being treated by anyone there as they clearly don’t care for patients and or take any level of pride in the role thy hold. Which makes you think why on earth would I want people with this mentality or lack of concern to properly treat, diagnose, and care for me. I value my health, my life and body. If you can’t be trusted to do the basic of customer care like return a phone call or newer the phone it’s frightening to know that you have the power to treat patients with pharmaceutical medications and diagnostic testing that can be a very serious repercussions if not administered properly. Or even just having the paperwork properly filed and updated I bet is a big issue since the office staff doesn’t take their job seriously enough to answer a phone to just schedule someone.

I've seen Dr Kimura for several years and he just keeps getting better! His staff are amazing, quick to help, and are the BEST at getting back with you promptly! He truly cares about how you're feeling so he can give all options to get you better. I happen to have severe allergies and didn't realize how I was sabotaging myself until speaking with him. Went 1X NP didn't know my insurance. Gave form APN. Said just sign it if insurance doesn't cover it's your bill. Medication said won't cover and did cover thereby costing me to pay for a different med they assumed would only be covered. I question allergy serum base used. I was extremely disappointed with customer service today. I went in for my monthly allergy injections. I walked in and swiped my allergy card as usual. The clerk at the front desk saw me swipe in and I went to sit down. A few minutes later another patron came in and spoke with the clerk and then was called back for a shot. Shortly after that another person comes in and talks with the clerk for 25+ minutes, seemingly about personal matters. The clerk didn't acknowledge me at all. After waiting for these 25+ minutes another staff member comes out and asks if I was there for an injection, to which I said yes, I swiped in. She then informs me that they stop giving injections at 1115, which I was unaware of but that wasn't the issue I had. The clerk who had been inattentive to customers jumped in and said that I came in well after 1115, which was simply untrue. I was there a few minutes before. The staff member who did speak to me said they would try and find someone to give me the injection. She passed by me two times, including once to lock the door without updating/speaking to me. Even if it was a few minutes before 1115 and they could not have given me my shot I would have understood. However, the fact that the clerk did not acknowledge me at all, let me sit around for 25+ minutes while they had a personal chats was extremely unprofessional. Also, the fact that someone came in after me and was able to receive the same service I came in for. So this review is specifically for the front desk. Impossible to get in touch with if you call so you basically have to go in and when you do they're always rude in our few visits. That being said Dr. Kimura was very nice and actually explained/talked with us a while.

Had an appointment today and walked almost three hours 8.5 miles putting my health at risk only for them to be so rude and tell me they don’t take my insurance. Waste. Of. Time. The office experience was good but I received a prescription that was not covered by my Insurance plan. Had a great experience. The nurses are very polite and professional, they treated my son well and made his experience good. The facility is clean, well maintained and has plenty of parking. We saw the nurse practitioner, Chantel, and she was great. I’ve been to another allergy clinic in Pensacola and had a few bad experiences there, so this was a relief to go to. Have nothing but good things to say about this team. Was able to make an appointment quickly, wait time was minimal, facility was clean with ample parking. The nurses were polite and professional and the Nurse Practitioner we saw for my son was great. Had a few bad experiences with another allergy clinic in Pensacola, so this is great to find a professional team.

Gulf Breeze--horrible inefficient office staff. Wait time in an empty office just to receive shots can reach 30 minutes. Office Manager claims former doctor's office delayed sending paperwork until July 24 that I know was faxed to her office from Knoxville on July 10. Still waiting to find out if they can proceed with vials from our former office or mix locally--was told today they are just now looking into it because I questioned them about it today. Daughter was behind on shots because we had to wait 4 weeks for an appointment with the Nurse Practitioner to even resume shots after our move. Very unhappy with this office and the way it is run. Dr. Kimura is fantastic. He is so kind and knowledgeable. I love that he really listens to concerns, provides feedback, and helps to troubleshoot issues. After years and years of suffering from pains everywhere and the worse one being abdominal burning and pelvic burning pain the Medical assistant found out I have mast cell disease. So many drs would tell me yes is anxiety and your fine but I always knew something was not right. I thank the front desk lady that made my appointment the same day I called, she was so nice and helped me out. Every person I have come in contact with, which is the entire staff , make your day better by just walking through their doors - Clean facility - Sincerely Cheerful staff - Seen on or before your appointment time - The providers, Dr Kamura PA Laura Musgrove is knowledgeable, professional accommodating and genuinely concerned about her patients She remembers you without constantly referring to your record. I wanted to give 5 stars but the Blonde receptionist at the front is incredibly rude. Whether she means to be or not, she has no customer service skills or manners. I was waiting at the front to speak to one of the receptionist, when the Blonde slid back the privacy window. Instead of a "Hi, Good morning...How can I help you..." The first words out of her mouth were "If you're here to pay, go sit down and wait. We have a lot going on right now." She never asked what I needed, just assumed I was standing there to pay. This is not the first time I encountered her very dry lack of manners. Being in customer service myself, I know that bad experiences tend to stick out more than good ones. People rarely rush to companies' websites and write reviews when they had an exceptional experience. So I do want to point out the good. Now even though the Blonde does not represent the company well. Everyone and everything else is absolutely great. I just started my allergy shots not to long ago and the process has been very smooth. The doctors and medical staff are very nice and always let me know what to expect with my up coming shots. The first time visiting, they send the paperwork to you (via mail). They let you know on your first visit that you'll need to arrive 30 mins early, prior to your appointment. My first initial visit, I was out in under an hour and a half. For the routine allergy shots, the wait time is about 5-10 minutes which is nice. With working more than 50 hours a week, it's easy to run over on my lunch break and be done in time to grab a bite. I do recommend this place for a medical fix, with the exception of the rude Blonde. I wanted to give 5 stars but the Blonde receptionist at the front is incredibly rude. Dr Kimura takes his time with patients and listens to what you have to say. He explains in detail about the testing procedure and results, & has a nice sense of humor. He recommended a sinus CT scan and scheduled it for me for the very next day! Very efficient, can't recommend him highly enough for his personality, caring nature, and professionalism. Be aware these sites leave ratings for the address not the doctor, some aren't for Kimura. He tried to get it fixed as he inherited the ratings!

I experienced sinus infections for a couple of years. I thought they may be due to allergies. I went to Dr. Kimura and they did an allergy test which tested negative to the 60 most common allergies. I then went to my PCP and they did a SLIT allergy test. It showed that I was allergic to everything. They gave me slit drops and within 3 days of using those, I was able to get off of Sudafed, nasal sprays, and sinus rinses.
