Best doctor hands down. Takes the time with you and listens. Our entire family now goes to doctor Ierardi. He has great recommendations as well for specialists. We are happy we found him.

I was skeptical about going to a new doctor, but Dr. Ierardi is so genuine, thorough, and funny, that I actually enjoy going to the Dr. Quality appointment every time. We really listens and explains.

As always, Dr Ierardi never lets me or my family down. We have been his patients for over 15 years, he is kind, caring, funny, attentive, curious and most importantly SUPER SMART! I look forward to appointments and I trust him, knowing I’ll feel better soon after seeing him. He gives great advice but isn’t judgmental. His front office staff are very friendly and efficient. Ineffective office team with high turn-rover. The office manager is incredibly rude and disengaged (maybe the Dr's wife?). Dr. I. is not bad. He spends time with people, but there are other, more engaged GPs in the area. His office is simply disorganized with among the worst customer service we have ever seen. If you are retired or live in Leisure World, he is fine. If you are well educated, do your own research, and live a busy life, he is not optimal.

I normally dont review doctors visits however, this one was very pleasant and a breeze. The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful eventhough I arrived a little late. Dr. Ierardi came in the room with a positive attitude and a very contagious uplifting personality. He answered all of my questions and went above and beyond. You can easily tell that he really enjoys what he does and that he is living out his purpose to the fullest extent. I will recommend all of my friends and family to Dr. Ierardi. I've never taken the time to write a public review about anything or anyone, but my experiences with Dr Ierardi and his team have just been off the charts good. I've never had a better experience with a family doctor. The front desk is very welcoming and they are just as helpful in person as they are over the phone. They are organized, personable and responsive - could not ask for a better experience when scheduling an appointment, making a request, or a general inquiry. Dr Ierardi is a fantastic, caring and extremely intelligent doctor. In most cases, Doctors these days rush you in and out. Its very unique to have a doctor spend the amount of quality time Dr Ierardi allocates to his patients. He makes sure to answer your questions and provides detailed explanations in terms of the care or treatment he recommends. Its incredibly apparent he loves his work and takes pride in providing a comprehensive experience and quality care to his patients. I highly recommend Dr Ierardi and his practice to any person or family looking for a primary care physician. Worst Experience - CANNOT RECOMMEND. The front desk (Shannon?)and office manager (Erica, Dr Ierardi wife) is extremely rude and unreasonable. Here is my experience: It took 3 days to get my prescription put in correctly, because the girl just kept talking over me. I was so sick and frustrated I cancelled my follow-up appointment and they had the nerve to send me a bill for cancelled appointment. When I got on the phone with Erica and explained what happened she started to tell me I was wrong and they were right - zero accountability on their part and no customer service skills. When she began to tell me they have to charge people who cancel in less than 24hours, I said I've never cancelled before and under the circumstanced I think this one should be waived. She refused. That was it for me, I won't do business with anyone who treats their patients this way. It's a shame because Dr. I is a nice man, just married to a woman who has no business sense, and worse - no compassion. Worst Experience - CANNOT RECOMMEND. Dr.Stephen J Ierardi's office people were so rude. Dr. Stephen Ierardi left me in the room for 2 hours. He came after 2 hours he asked all my family history and draw on the paper. Then stared rush to leave. I couldn't ask my questions because he said his next appointment person is coming. Well I just wasted my time for 3 hours for nothing. Also He told me I am going send your lab order to the lab. You can go there anytime. After day I went to the lab. But He didn't send any order. So I wasted my time again!!! Today I called and tried to cancel my daughter's appointment because I didn't want to waste my daughter's time for nothing but office lady said we have to charge you $25 for cancellation. Told her all about the lab order how much time I wasted that's why I want to cancel. She didn't even care. I said I can't pay that. She said we will send you bill anyway and hang up for me.!! Good service takes time and explain the problem

I have been a patient of Dr. Ieradi for over ten years. He's a great doctor. He spends time with his patients, explaining all of the details relating to your visit. No one is rushed through. If you are fortunate enough to get Dr. Ieradi as your doctor, you will be in very good hands.

Today I got a bill in the mail from his office, so I called asking why there's a bill for my annual check up that was supposed to be covered at a 100%. She asked me how long did the doctor spend with you?? (Implying a long time), this is usually how we charge long visits, we charge insurance for both an annual check up as well as an office visit, and what you see on the bill is your coinsurance for the office visit. This doctor is literally a joke, go there only if you need a laugh!

On call Doctor for Dr. Roberson. Did not respond EVER to numerous call to cell, texts and home phone. Highly unrecommended. Use this doctor only if you don't give a toss about your health.

Great doctor! Very caring and willing to spend the time to explain, educate, and give appropriate referrals and prescriptions when needed. He gives me the information I need to manage my own health concerns -- a working health partner without a god complex, so rare in medicine today.

Saddleback Family Medicine just moved (April 2017)! Dr Ierardi has been taking care of me since I was teenager, my children (2 and 6) since they were born, and my parents forever. He is thoughtful, very smart and really funny. My kids love seeing him even when they are sick. He talks directly to them and lets them "help" with their exams. I have been a patient since the 1980s -- with a medical file 3 inches thick. Why mention this? Because Dr. Ierardi takes the time to refer back to previous tests and records, comparing them with current ones, to determine efficacy of ongoing treatments and medicines. He is not a 15-minute appointment, and in consequence, patients sometimes wait longer than they'd like. And emergencies take precedence over "normal" appointments -- appreciated if you're the former, but not so much if you're the latter. As a family practitioner, Dr. Ierardi has treated my wife and children (now grown), and has been remarkably accurate in diagnosing the varied ailments and illnesses we've incurred. He refers to specialists when needed, but he's the first stop on a medical journey for us. I have friends who marvel at Dr. Ierardi's thoroughness and actual concern -- and wish they, also, could become his patients. (My friends have HMO insurance plans and have other "gatekeepers.") As with any practitioner today, office staff comes and goes. Some are personable and some less so. But I'm not going to see them -- I'm going to see Dr. Ierardi. I grant that waiting for Dr. Ierardi to bustle into the exam room, hair on fire, can seem interminable and inconvenient. But remember the old adage: "Good things come to those who wait." Fun personality and breaks everything down in ways that make it easy to understand.

Dr. Ierardi is a friendly, outgoing and caring physician. He spends a great amount of time explaining test results and understanding my health concerns. His small, pleasant office is a welcome change from many of the large practice groups that seem to be the health care norm these days.

Excellent. Takes more than enough time with his patients. Averages about twice or more than other physicians I have seen. He patiently explains the lab results that I have not experienced before. This results in longer wait times but leaves only when he has taken care of his last patient. The staff does advise to call in in case he is running late because of he spends a lot of time with his patients. Would highly recommend him as your physician. Unfortunately he does not take HMO insurance.
