This man diagnosed me in 2003/2004 with end stage emphysema. Gave me 6 months to live. I fired him that night and left Wesley hospital ama. Got a new pulmonologist who found Mico plasma infection. After 6 months of extreme illness and near death, 30 days on doxycylene I was cured. Before I fired him his poor care caused major damage to my lungs. It is now many years later, I will die soon. My child, who was 7 at the time is now a grown woman. If i had accepted this fools diagnosis, I would have lost the wonderful life she and i had. His was a self fulfilling diagnosis. 2017-2 stars- Was a horrible first visit! The nurse that checked me in was very rude. She went to weigh me, I stepped on the scale and she asked how much I weighed, because their scale doesn't weigh someone over 400 lbs. Went in to patients room and she proceed to tell me I should try and get on the Biggest Loser. I maybe a large women, but I don't feel that she should have been so rude, with her continues jabs of my weight condition. I don't need someone to tell me about something I already know and assume I am not working on my weight issue. The doctor was nice and was very knowledgeable and direct with my sleeping issues. 2022 UPDATE Since this above visit I will say that the staff has been kind an I am willing to up there rating to a 4 stars. 2017-2 stars- Was a horrible first visit! Love Dr. Hagan and his staff! Always helpful and thorough....I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I can't express how much I appreciate Dr. Stephen Hagan and his staff helping me with my lung disease. Dr. Hagan has always listened to my questions and helped me with the best medicine for me. When I didn't have health insurance they helped me with samples. Couldn't imagine going to any other Dr's office and get the same care.

I have been very happy with Dr. Hagan. He is very knowledgeable, patient, and willing to answer questions. He also has a good sense of humor. I'm really glad that I was referred to him, and I enjoy our visits.

DR. HAGAN HAS LITERALLY KEPT MY MOTHER ALIVE AND IN GOOD HEALTH. WITHOUT HIM SHE WOULD HAVE BEEN IN THE NURSING HOME A FEW YEARS AGO.HE WORKS WELL WITH FAMILIES TO ASSIST HIS PATIENT DO THE BEST TO FOLLOW HIS INSTRUCTIONS. I AM VERY GRATEFUL FOR ALL OF HIS ASSISTANCE.

Dr. Hagen seemed to only tolerate us. He was only to comfortable handing out a death sentence and gave no encouragement. We were happy he did not do an actual procedure on my mother. When an antibiotic was recommended by the pathologist I had to argue with him to the point of anger in order to get him to do it. I was disappointed in the experience and would not recommend him to anyone else. He refused to talk to my 91 year old mother or offer any kind of treatment.
