Dr. Friedman is an excellent Pain Management physician. He is also a Board Certified Anesthesiologist!! His attention to detail is outstanding. His initial questionnaire is a major source of information to assist him in diagnosing and treating your condition. He is patient and clearly explains his plan of treatment for your problem. His office staff and medical assistants are pleasant and helpful. They are a reflection of his values. IT ALL STARTS AT THE TOP!!

Doctor was wonderful. Caring and listens to all concerns, however his staff responsible for answering the phone and calling back, should all be replaced. You can leave 100 messages and not get one call back. My partner had an injection and developed swelling. Called to see if this was normal, needless to say 3 days later, we are still waiting. I’m looking for an office that is responsive. Very upset to leave a good doctor due to incompetent staff.

Outstanding. Dr Friedman is not only excellent at his job, he genuinely cares about his patients, and will go the extra mile for them.

Horrible person answering phone . Wouldn’t consider him based upon the receptionist .Not nice at all- She gives an awful impression . Will look for someone else ...

Physician care is quite good. Staff is helpful in person. But no one ever answers the phone or returns calls. Ever! Dealing with the office is a complete frustration.

Terrible...he became upset after I asked a question and started yelling at me in front of the staff and other patients. I now go to another pain specialist and am extremely happy.

Having moved to Naples, I searched for a pain specialist. Several people and websites gave Dr. Friedman glowing reviews. My doctor sent all the needed paperwork so I could meet Dr. Friedman and have him as a pain dr. I called his office and got a recording, left a message and waited for a call back. After a week, I called and left another message... NO ONE CALLED BACK. I then went into the office, where a receptionist and a staff member named Ruth said they had never received my calls, although my phone number for the office was correct, and their answering machine identified them as the office of Dr Friedman. Ruth assured me she would call me after the holiday weekend. NO ONE CALLED BACK. For the next two months I again called and got the answering machine. After three months I have decided even if he is a five star doctor, HIS STAFF DESERVES A ZERO. Sadly, I will not be seeing Dr. Friedman. The front office is IMPOSSIBLE. Nobody answers the phone, always to voice mail. Call backs take at least 1 day if not more. No matter how good the doctor is, I will not deal with an office that has NO respect for my time.

I have seen Doctor Friedman for many years and I must say, he has always been a very caring and genuine guy. My treatments have always gone without a hitch and his staff have always treated me with respect and care. I’ve recommended several people and family members!

I have been treated twice over a period of three years by Dr. Friedman and each time the treatment gave me superb results so I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone with spinal stenosis and related problems.
