Dr. Drabick was very professional and worked with the kids well,however,his staff,except for Jean,were obnoxious and rude. Unless you like being ridiculed and having someone being rude to you... you're in luck to find such a staff.

Dr. Klinger is excellent to work with. I have found him to be very professional, knowledgeable and kind.

Update: I still say dr. Klinger was excellent with my son. The downfall to this place is that it took almost 4 weeks to get his glasses in and then when they broke I couldn’t be told for sure If they were covered under warranty or not. I’m still waiting for that phone call. They are not very prompt about anything, I ended up just getting the script and going somewhere else for glasses because I can’t have him wait another 4 weeks. Dr. Klinger was excellent with my 3 year old. They are not a pediatric eye doctor but he did great working with my son! He was patient and very kind. We will defiantly be going back to him! by far dr. drabick is the best going to him all the time would never go anywhere else

Excellent kind caring staff.

Dr. Drabick and Dr. Klinger are both very knowledgeable Optometrists and caring as well of their patients. The staff are pleasant and helpful also. There is a nice optical with a knowledgeable Certified Optician- Jean who has 25+ years experienced. There is also an Ocularist, Joseph LeGrand - who does the best prosthetic eyes I have ever seen. He takes wonderful pride in his workmanship and care of his patients as well. Highly recommend this Optometric Practice and they take NVA, VSP, VBA, and Medicare insurances. My family and I have been seeing Dr. Drabick for more than 30 years and have always had confidence that he and his staff were giving us their undivided attention and superior care. If I have ever had a problem of any kind Dr. Drabick and staff attended to it quickly and professionally.

both my wife and myself went in for new glasses. had exams, picked frames, and was told that we would receive a text message when they came in. my wife's appointment was made for 3 days after mine. i was there for 1.5 hrs, when i got home, there was a message on the answering machine my glasses were in (no text), and why didnt the tell me since i was already there. pick up my glasses the next day, and the 1 lense is wrong. now my wife got hers, and her 1 lense is wrong
