Excellent care. Listens well to the patient and genuinely cared to help.
Patient comes to e r by ambulance with debilitating back pain, put in room with patient rep as only contact in 2 hours, dr comes in and lifts patient's leg, pushes on toe and that was the extent of the exam. Sent home with pain drugs and recommendation for therapy. Still unable to function for 2 days until he calls nurse adviser who gives him the proper treatment and over the counter meds advice and he gets some relief finally. She spent way more time with him than Dr Copps. Outrageous!!
