I had a horrible experience with this ENT doctor, his prescription sent me to the ER. The doctor in the hospital told me I had a hole in my ear cuz a bad ear Infeccion. You don't have ear infection just wax, says doctor Cooper. You go home n putt 4 dropps of the medicine I prescribed for your ear and come back next week, how its possible he didn't see I had a bad ear infection? His neglects caused me horrible pain n trauma, I still has to deal with some pain n my ear. HE IS A HORRIBLE DOCTOR. I will never recommend this men. Very unprofessional, very rude staff, i had an appointment with them and they told me to sit in your car and then after 1:30 hours i called them and they said come on in to fill out the forms , and they totally forgot my appointment, and they didn’t even give me the documents to fill out in my car after 2 hours and fill out the paperwork, i came out without visiting the docto, i wouldn’t recommend it to anyone ???? Very good

Got my septoplasty done and I love it! Wonderful doctor! Had him since I was 9 for other procedures, very kind. His calm attitude helps relax when stressed about surgeries! 100/10

I found his front office staff to be friendly and helpful. The doctor did not rush me and I was able to explain my various concerns. He had helpful recommendations regarding my general health, and offered to have a sleep study done when I described snoring and feeling unrested upon awakening. His staff was also very helpful in explaining some billing questions that I had.

In full confidence, that in his youth he was a good doctor. But alas take their own. in my opinion now it's time to go on a well-deserved rest. I'm not very pleased with his method of treatment, an operation that I could do only once, he did to me twice, and again to no avail. the same operation was done to me elsewhere for the third time and already 2 years, or any pathologies. I am a long time customer of Dr. Cooper. I had the terrible experience with him and his office staff yesterday and today. I had an appointment Dr. Copper and gave me expired drops (see pictures below) yesterday, when I got home I called and his staff (Ms. Diana) ask me to come over again to take a prescription, I told her I'm half an hour away so Ms. Ana the office manager told me that she cannot look for my pharmacy (which is Costco Woodland Hills) so I google it for her and gave her the number in less than 15 seconds. The drop cost over $350, so the Costco pharmacist told me that they will ask Dr. Copper to write me different drops, I called again and being promise that they will talk to him and will do it once that will get hold of him. I called at 4 PM and they never did it, I was really upset as I have terrible pain. Today I called again and Ms. Ana told me that it's being done and that to give Costco a time until 10 AM when they will open the pharmacy. I ask BOTH girls that Dr. Cooper will call me anyway. He called from restricted number, He told me that he called me twice yesterday and my number was busy, what a lie!!!!! MY CELL PHONE IS NEVER BUSY, I get many called every day and I call back to anyone that call or text me, as I am in emergency business myself. I did not have any missed calls from him not a from regular number Nor from other number. I called again Costco at 11 AM. and STILL they never called to Costco to change my ear drops. I asked kindly from Costco Pharmacy to call them and to please get it done, and Costco did. Before all this happened I referred TWO of my employees to Dr. Cooper included TODAY one of them went to see him (he made his appointment before this happened), I never going to recommend this Dr. to nobody. This has to be the worst office manager/receptionist ever. She was rude and very condescending. I called to make an appointment for my son. He was referred by his pediatrician. The receptionist ask for the referral number. I didn't have it. I asked if she could get it from my doctor. She said, "no!" She was too busy. I called my son's pediatrician back to learn that they had already faxed his information to this office. I called this receptionist back again and told her my son's info already been faxed. Rudely, she asked what was my son's problem and what was his medical insurance number. I replied and told her that even though she didn't ask in our previous conversation, I requested that information be sent as well. This receptionist asked that I call back once the medical insurance info was faxed. I asked, if she could call me since I wouldn't know when the fax would be received. Again, she told me no, just to call back after 1:00. I called after 1:00 and it was like starting over again. She was so rude. And, I tried to overlook her rudeness. The more I kept dismissing her being rude, the ruder she became. She placed me on hold for a very long time. But, I held on refusing to hang up. When she got back on the phone, she was so rude I asked to speak to the manager. She said she was the manager. I was disappointed and was silent for a few seconds. The silence was broken by her asking, "do you want to make an appointment or not." I replied by saying no thank you. I later called the office of my son's pediatrician. I was referred to another doctor and it was a pleasant experience. Dear public, you do not have to let people treat you any kind of way. I called this place to schedule an appointment to see the doctor and Anna and Diana played phone tag like it was a game... DR Cooper should know how they are acting... They are rude mean and have no people skills.... Repeating the same thing over and over again...I have had three heart attacks and they stress me out just to get an appointment.... This is sad they need to go back to school to learn how to treat people.... This is the most worst treatment ever... I asked to talk to the doctor and they refused to give me any information so that I could speak to him... They also hung up on me.... I don't understand people anymore.... My grandmother, a woman of nearly 100 years, was dismissed from this clinic on the basis of "not needing treatment", despite our reassurance that she was not well. Dr. Cooper did a very superficial examination and didn't even write down observation or notes of her background. When her condition worsened we returned to see him, but instead of receiving us with concern and interest we were met with arrogance and condescendence. We took her to another ENT and he immediately discovered a dangerous diagnosis (which I won't disclose). This is what you can expect from this physician. I got an endoplasty and septoplasty he was honest and kind. I can breath better

I was there for my daughter enlarge tonsil. She is scares of doctors all the time ...but He is kind with children and at the end he gave her toy.

I had a great surgery with Dr.Cooper he was fantastic, I was reluctant at first due to the bad reviews. I am glad i met with him and decided to have my surgery with him. The only awful part was his staff specifically his front office girl. I WOULD hope he would better his staff theres a lack of professionalism there and its a reflection of him.
