Will be finding a new doctor. Found out the "care" I received was just to shut me up and way over dosed for a starting prescription after talking to other medical professionals and Pharmacists.

1 week to get my covid-19 results over the phone but I still can not see it at the patient portal. it is not a place that I would recommend or comeback.

I’m so frustrated. I was told to call near the end of my prescription to get a refill, so I called with 4 days left and now my doctor won’t be in until Tuesday and no one else can prescribe it. To get this information, I had to sit on hold 10 minutes and get disconnected twice. Update: Turns out things were better, or maybe just more confusing, than I thought. My doctor had called in my prescription, but when I called no one told me that. I found out because I got a notification from Walgreens about an hour after I called that my prescription (that I was told on the phone I couldn’t get until next week) was ready. I’m so frustrated. Friendly staff, low wait times (even following a long weekend)

Called in and was able to see Dr. Azarcon super quickly. He explained to me, in way that I could understand, how I could fix the problem I had as well as to prevent it. I felt educated with my problem and I felt like he wanted to really help me. One thing he kept saying was “If you don’t understand, call me.” I have always appreciated when the doctor listens to my concerns and shows empathy. I felt like Dr Azarcon did just that and was genuinely interested in helping me get better. Great office and staff. Would recommend to my family and friends! Took 2 hours and 5 phone calls to get test results. Also, made an appt and the soonest they could get me in was three weeks out, I forgot (that's on me), however, I didn't receive any email or text message reminders, but I DID receive a $150 no-show charge, so don't forget your appt if you make the mistake of going here.

Love the doctors and nurses...hate having to call for apts. It is the worst experience I've ever had with any Dr or clinic. During office hours it can take 30 to 50 rings...not kidding...for the first person to answer. The every time you are transferred 10 to 30 more. Ridiculous. When I recommend them I always warn people that they will think the office is closed when they call because it takes so long for some one to answer. They always tell me it's good I warned them because they would never have stayed on the phone so long. This is not just Monday. My last experience was Thursday at 2:30 pm. I've liked the doctors and the PA's that I've seen there. Monday morning it is close to impossible to get through on the phones so expect to be on hold for a long time. The phone system is not so great and often I'm transferred and just ringing and then someone picks up and transfers me to the same place to have noone pick up. It has gotten a little better in the past few years. The hours are really nice because they are open late. I particularly like going to Anna Petersen or Dr. Grazulis. Expect to be irritated with the phones. Other than that, it's great I've liked the doctors and the PA's that I've seen there.
