I’ve been going to dr.citos office since my first appt I’m now 17 and sooner or later I’ll be moving on to another dentist I recommend this dentist for all kids best dentist office and the staff throughout the building are amazing.

Dr. city and staff are awesome

The staff was very nice other than a doctor named Sherrise. She was talking to me in a very mean tone and making me feel bad about myself

The dentist and the assistants are always gentle and caring with the children. The front desk ladies are also absolutely kind when we walk in. Been going here for 13 years.

All of the staff was amazing, from the moment we walked in the door! Dr. Win was non judgemental and very kind. She took the time to explain everything and all of my options. She made my daughter feel better about all of the work that she needs done. Absolutely would recommend.

These people are never on time!! My kids had an appointment at 330 didn’t get called back til 4pm. Very frustrating, no regards for anyone’s time.

Dr. Cito and his staff have been the absolute best! I am always nervous taking my sons to the dentist, but Dr. Cito and his amazing staff always are so kind, gentle, attentive, and comforting. Dr. Cito has a way with young children and has been the absolute best with both my toddlers, Milo and Max!!! I cannot sing their praises enough!!!! Stopped by today to see if they were open. The two girls behind the counter were not were not wearing any type of mask or facial covering. When I ask them about the CDC guidelines they said they didn’t have to follow them and when I told them there were new guidelines they seemed to be offended and they clearly didn’t know what I was talking about. I hope the doctor here understands that the covid is serious because these two people do not. Top it off they were very rude. Won’t be taking my children there that’s for sure... The staff is so nice and have been nothing but good to my daughter but I have been completely disappointed by the work the the dentist that she has received she had to get crowns and put to sleep at 3 years old that very day one cap fell off she has to go in the next day when she was extremely sore to have it shoved back on she cried and was very traumatized from this point Forward I feel her teeth were shaved down way to much because not only one but two of her caps have broke to where the root of both teeth stayed in the gum and she needs to be put to sleep 3 times already for baby teeth my daughter is now 4 almost 5 and yet another cavities filling has fallen out and she is in pain they told me they wouldn’t see her until she had a up to date cleaning when her cleaning only consist of her teeth being polished because she’s so afraid of them hurting her like they have in the past. The staff was very efficient. As soon as we sign in, James was called to the back. Sherrise (the hygienist) was super helpful and did a thorough cleaning. She offered advise to my 15 year old son about brushing his teeth. His fuv appointment was scheduled and given to us immediately. And his x rays were done quickley. The three staff members we encountered were on top of their game.

I live very far from Dr Cito's office, yet, I travel the distance because I have 100% confidence in this office and it's staff. They have always been great with my kiddos. We've been coming here for over 20 years and we always leave with smiles.

We couldn't be happier with our experience with Albuquerque Pediatric Dental Associates. Our four year old daughter and two year old son both had their check-ups, Dr. Cito and the rest of the staff made this such a positive appointment! From the minute we walked in, both of our children felt so comfortable! The waiting room is full of fun things to do, so they really never had the chance to feel anxious or nervous. Rachel, the Dental Hygienist, explained to my daughter exactly what she was doing, step by step while she cleaned her teeth. Dr. Cito has such a great rapport with his patients, my children were both so at ease during their appointments. We really appreciate how well they treated us. My kids are already begging to go back to the dentist!

Every single staff member that works at this facility is truly there for the children. My daughter in particular is very shy and everyone makes it so easy for her to get her exams. Both of my children go to Albuquerque Pediatric Dental Associates, and they have for years.

My first child, first dentist appointment was a horrible experiece for myself and my kid. The assistant was high as hell on who knows what she couldn't even keep her head still and he hair was falling down from her ponytail, which scared my kid...when cito came in he seemed he just wamted to get it done as soon as possible so he was very forceful getting my childs mouth open. Today Nov 7, Selina did very well done cleaning that I needed! I came to find out I had no cavities and my visit was very enjoyful! I’ve been going here since I was 5 years old and I love it! Best dentist office in town and Selina does an amazing job cleaning!

I was a patient of Dr. Citos when I was a kid for about 15 years our family loved him. He was always an amazing dentist. Fast forward when i had my daughter i took my daughter to the dentist her pediatrician recommended...huge mistake they were awful to my 3 year old at the time and wanted to put her under for dental work. I looked for a second opinion and luckily found Dr. Cito was still here. We made an appointment and the rest is history we have been here for 3 years and my daughter never had to be put under for dental work. Dr Cito instead took a slow and steady pace to do the work. Dr. Cito and his staff are amazing. My children are now 17 and 14. They have had the best experience in the last 11 years from this office. Shawna cleaned both my kids teeth the last visit. They always recognize them and have seen them grow up. Dr. Cito is beyond professional. We just love this dentist office.

My son has a hard time with waiting and just the dentist in general. Dr.C and his staff have always worked quickly and professionally. Making a comfortable atmosphere for my son. The one instance that we had to reschedule due to complications on their end, they promptly rescheduled to our convenience and gave my son a gift card for our troubles.

Dr. Cito and his staff at Albuquerque Pediatric Dental Associates are always friendly and professional. We first heard about Dr.Cito from my sister because we were looking for a dentists for our son who was a toddler at the time who didn’t use restraints or other traumatizing techniques to work on his teeth. We went to Dr.Cito and have been going ever since, our son is 14 now. We love Selena; she’s Dr. Cito’s dental assistant! We live in Los Lunas its a bit of a drive but the quality of service and welcoming, friendly and professional environment; the trip is well worth it! This was the first time my daughter had to have her 2 teeth pulled out. She was crying, screaming, would not sit still, and the dentist and his assistant were very patient with her, and the dentist also sat my daughter on his lap and was comforting her. As a mother, they put me at ease that I can leave my daughter in thier care.

I am usually very satisfied with our experience but today's appointment was something else. My 7 yr old dgtr has a hard time going to the dentist due to past bad experiences. Today she needed a crown and a filling. She did resist opening her mouth and gave the dental team a hard time. They didn't make it any easier by not talking her through the process or letting her know what they are going to do. I did that. Personally I felt they were trying to just get it done. I am an Early Educator and I have been working with kids for many years. I would suggest that any dental assistant who is applying in a Pediatric dental office should have some experience or knowledge in the social emotional area with kids. This dental asst. was not kid friendly. I had also gave her a run down of my child's needs and fears to help ease up the process. She failed to acknowledge them as the procedure was being done. A simple "oh I forgot" is all i heard. All I kept hearing while my daughter cried in pain was "you're ok" or "you're fine" on repeat, along with deep sighs of frustration. She was not fine, a simple acknowledgement of that would have made a world of difference. This expierence brought me to tears to watch my daughter go through that. I knew it had to be done but, 2 adults just made the expierence alittle more traumatizing for both my dgtr and I. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because the rest of the staff was great, polite and I know everyone has an off day. However I will request that the dental asst who worked on my child today will never work on her again.

Brought our 1 year old for her first visit today along with our 5 and half year old for her 6 month check up . As always the staff was extraordinary and kind and made the experience pretty much effortless. The baby cried her face off and it didn’t phase the dental assistant, hygienist , or Dr. Cito. They are so patient . 30 minutes for both visits and we all left with smiles . Thanks again!

My son had to have three baby teeth extracted on our most recent visit. From being greeted to our farewell, our experience was comfortable and positive. Dr. pulled the teeth out in seconds. The techs prepped smoothly. Our wait in the lobby was non-existent. This is a great crew.
