It was difficult experience.came in with 2 hernias +Dr.wasn't compassionate.said that the ULTA sound showed 2 bilateral hernias.Dr.said I shouldn't feel them that they are small.I Hve been ice on daily basis.since end of May to the present day.I Hve had 2 Drs examine me and found them.and differ then Dr.cesar
Dr. Cesar has operated on me twice and both times I have had an excellent outcome. He reviews a patient's records before the first appt. which instills confidence. He is caring and has a great bedside manner. I would give him 6 stars if I could.
My mother had surgery, a re-section of her colon, performed by Dr. Cesar in April, 2017. It was a complex surgery involving her bladder as well, and another doctor (Dr. Orton) did the initial steps of the bladder portion of the surgery. As a family member, I found Dr. Cesar to be informative, kind and caring, as well as an expert in his field. Exactly the kind of doctor you'd want operating on your Mom! He spent time explaining the procedure to me in pre-op, came out of the OR both before and after his portion of the surgery, explaining to me what had happened so far, as well as what to expect next. During all of our interactions, he never felt rushed or impatient with me. Since the surgery, he has been around to see her EVERY DAY in the hospital, even Saturday and Sunday!! The best part? My mom, who is very skeptical towards doctors (with good cause, she's had some poor ones!) absolutely LOVED him. I'd recommend this doctor without hesitation--he is one of the BEST!!
