The team was patiently awaiting my very first visit to them for a braces consultation and when I walked in they all greeted with sincere smiles. They were all very pleasant to speak with and the doctor even came out and introduced himself which was a nice touch. Along with one of the assistants and financial clerk they were able to come up with an individualized treatment plan by showing models of the teeth and gums with traditional braces and Sure Smile technology all the while explaining what to expect every step of the way including total cost from start to finish. I have every confidence in Carter Orthodontics to do exactly what they say they want to do for their patients because they make you feel comfortable and valued. It was such a pleasure to meet the team and I look forward to working with them very soon. Thank You.

With the use of a 17 step Instaliner type plastic devices, Dr. Carter and wonderful staff straighten my teeth in 7 months. They are very caring and competent! Was easy and no pain at all!

As usual it was a quick appointment and as usual everybody was nice. The office was very clean.

Initial orthodontist visit. Dr Carter is very friendly and knowledgeable. He helped us make a good decision about braces and correcting our sons teeth. He even took the time to call prior to coming in to answer any questions we might have had. Great orthodontist.

Without question, BEST Ortho and staff EVER!!! Too bad my older daughter already had braces with another doctor...she missed out!

Dr. Carter and his team are absolutely wonderful!! They are always kind, understanding, courteous and positive. The work they do is of the highest caliber and their professionalism is top notch!!

I've done my whole Invisalign process with Dr. Carter & his team from start to finish, and they have been unbelievable! Not only did they take great care of my teeth and make sure everything was working well, they really put value on you as a person. The entire staff is so attentive and caring. I've not only been able to get my teeth straightened, I've gotten to know the staff and have enjoyed my visits! They also were always willing to work with my schedule, and when I needed to pop in to check on things unexpectedly, they made sure they could make things work so that i was taken care of. Currently, both of my daughters are patients of Dr. Carter, as a busy parent I can truly say that is the only drs' office I look forward to visiting. From the first day we have been treated like family-the whole staff is so warm and caring. When the day comes that both of my girls have their braces removed and I look at those beautiful smiles I will be so grateful to everyone, but I will feel sad, as I will be saying good-bye to an awesome group of people. I can not say enough wonderful things about Dr. Carter and his staff. I'm sure all of his patients would agree that they always go above and beyond... Now if I could just convince him to continue practicing until my 2-year old is done with braces, because I can't imagine anyone else taking care of Tucker's teeth. Also, I have to acknowledge that I have a 14 year old that was terrified of the dentist and now she has no fears since she has been going to Dr. Carter. My primary dentist recommended Dr. Carter to me because I was concerned about some shifting teeth. I didn't think I could correct the crooked teeth because I have veneers on several of my teeth. I was able to achieve a beautiful smile by using invisalign and it didn't hurt my veneers at all. I only wanted to do the invisalign on by bottom teeth, but Dr. Carter convinced me otherwise. Boy was I glad he did. Much to my surprise, not only were my teeth straightened, but some old problems I had with my jaw being out of alignment cleared up. The price was right, the staff was fabulous and the office is filled with big windows with view of the mountains. We had to change orthodontists mid-treatment due to a move. Dr. Carter and his staff did such a great job and the transition was seamless. We now have our second child in their care. The atmosphere is extremely positive, welcoming and friendly. They go the extra mile to make visits as pleasant as possible by doing things like sending fun birthday messages, holding monthly guessing games and offering incentives for good dental care. The team with Carter Orthodontics is AMAZING! Everyone who works there always has a smile on their face and they are extremely professional! I never waited in the waiting room for more than five minutes. I was in and out of the office in a timely manner and they always made sure to treat me like I was a patient that mattered to them! We absolutely love Dr. Carter and his staff! Started going 7 years ago for my daughter (who was finished with braces long before high school) and now my son is being treated and I was so impressed, I decided to do Invisalign 3 years ago. Dr. Carter is kind and caring and listens to his patients, no matter their age. The entire staff is amazing- conscientious, skilled, respectful and really build trust quickly with patients. As an adult not wanting to wear traditional braces again, I recently completed treatment with Invisalign. I am thrilled with the results! Dr. Carter and his staff couldn't be more friendly and professional people who make coming to the orthodontist an enjoyable experience. They genuinely care about you! We were recommended to Dr. Carter from our dentist. We have been with him for several years as we waited for teeth to develop before braces could be used. He and his staff have been terrific in getting us set up to be ready for braces. I have two children in braces and they are great in keeping us all going in the right direction (teeth and people :) included) Bertie is excellent in helping us with insurance and billing questions.
