It was my first visit in a long time to see a dentist everyone was so friendly and nice and I had a molar pulled out yesterday by Nick and she did an excellent job all I have taken is ibuprofen no other pain I highly recommend this office they are very nice caring and do a great job, and there is no wait time at all they are very fast

Awful. I had Medicaid, and they told me I needed 7 fillings. If only ever had one cavity in my life at 30 years old, and no discomfort (I came for a cleaning). They were a complete dental-mill, churning through patients without hardly even touching my teeth during the cleaning. I saw the dentist for a matter of seconds. When I got the first round of three cavities filled, the dentist (Carosello) drilled my teeth and promptly left, leaving an assistant to fill them. One of my teeth became so mess

Terribly rude Staff from reception to hygienists. Dr. Is not much better! I completely stopped going after a horrible experience. I came in as an Emergency Appt. With an abscess. I was forced to have a cleaning before the dentist would see me. I was in so much pain, but still insisted the cleaning. After the Cleaning Dr. Came in and said the exray showed I had a serious infection and I should go to an Emergency Room right away. I left for the ER, and never returned.

The hygienists always come across as rude, made me feel terrible about my teeth that I take very good care of and made me cry my last visit making me think I have a bunch of cavities. I was sick the morning of one appointment, called in later to reschedule and the secretary was very rude with me.
