Compassionate, kind, and listened. I had not had anything major in years and especially not a surgery combined with waiting afterwards to find out how your cancer had progressed. Went to the post op appointment. Was given great news. But, I still had several questions concerning the surgery itself. I needed answers to what seemed like crazy questions. He answered without the least bit behaving as if they were foolish. I left feeling grateful that the cancer had been contained and that the uneasiness I had after the surgery about being in surgery were both healed. What they said about minimizing pain and working as a team was true.

Cancer can be a scary/dark time, Dr Buckley made it less. What a great doctor with a fabulous team. My primary found out that he was my doctor and said, "OH, you have THE MAN!" and that statement was 100% true. Could not of been put in any better hands.

Dr. Buckley is an angel . He was compassionate , caring and spent time with me that I needed . Didn’t rush me out of the office and answered all questions . He even visited me before surgery to reassure me . His staff is very organized . However , I did place a call the day after surgery about pain management and the call went unanswered . Disappointing. When I called agin on Monday my concerns were immediately addressed . I would highly recommend this Dr., his staff and the entire team at Baptist MD Anderson Cancer. Excellence in care ! Dr Buckley literally saved my life. Called me back even before I was a patient. Met me in the Jacksonville ER and performed surgery on me hours later. I cannot recommend him highly enough. One of the kindest persons Ive ever met. The best of the best

Sally B I had a complete hysterectomy performed by Dr. Buckley 8/2019. Although the surgery seemed to have gone well, I felt that he had been "rough" with me in that the closing of my incisions were not done with care. I told him as much in my Post Op visit. Today I have discovered a trocar site hernia, a paraumbilical subcataneous mass. I will be having surgery next week to repair the tear. I did put a detailed call into "the Team" last week to get some direction from someone, but no one has returned my call.

I spent 15 minutes detailing my experience with Dr Buckley..site crashed!! Suffice to say Dr Buckley left me critically ill and hanging when I needed him most. He is no longer my doctor after 2+ years. Ask questions and do your research!!!

I was a patient of Dr.Buckley while living in Florida and he was genuine and kind. I was very lucky to have found him.

I was referred to Dr Buckley after my physician retired, Dr Buckley is so compassionate even if I’m not compliant with his recommendations. After a few years I returned to him and he was the same, very kind , informative and professional.

Excellent! Caring and kind. Takes time needed. Respectful. I found him to be both informed and informative. He took the time to help and alleviate my fears, acted quickly to adjust protocols and is always responsive to my concerns.

Dr. Buckley is the best doctor in Jacksonville.

After my hysterectomy was done by Dr. Buckley , I had the least discomfort and didn't even use the pain killers available by self administration. I had no after treatment and my recovery was easy. I felt so comfortable with Dr. Buckley that when I had another problem this year (2016) I did not hesitate to come all the way from Ormond Beach because I was so confident that I was in the best hands. Dr Buckly is a kind man with warmth and compassion. Even when I cannot put into words my worries, he is able to answer my questions. His knowledge and wisdom gives me great comfort. Would not trade his office staff and/or him. They are great.

In 2001 I was Blessed to have Dr. Buckley as my Dr. He was a very caring and compassionate Dr's I ever met. If he sensed something was wrong, he never stopped until he found the problem. I would suggest anyone to seek him out. He saved my life. Chrisann Middletom

Dr. Buckley took great care of my Mom, and his staff was very efficient. I am not sure how MD Anderson integration will impact his staffs efficiency, but we were well taken care of before that.

I am so thankful that my gynecologist referred me to Dr. Buckley due to my extensive problems. Dr. Buckley listened to my concerns and made me feel very comfortable. He performed my hysterectomy surgery and discovered my uterine cancer. When relaying this news he was extremely compassionate and laid out the treatment plan in an easy to understand manner. I begin chemo next week and feel extremely confident being under the care of Dr. Buckley and his wonderful staff. He's an A+ physician!

Very thankful that my Gynecologist referred me to Dr. Buckley for two large cysts found in my ovaries. He is incredibly sweet and caring! He eased my fears and helped me to look at the bright side of things. Thank you Dr. Buckley and staff for creating such a wonderful experience with your positive attitudes and expertise!

I feel so blessed that my PCP reffered me to Dr. Buckley! He made me feel like I was the only patient in the office. He genuinely cares, about everything going on in my life. He was very comforting when it came to my worries. By the time I left his office, I felt like family to Dr. Buckley and all of his amazing staff!! He has a wonderful way w/ patients and staff and is very knowledgeable. He knows how to share this knowledge in a way that every layman should be able to understand. Add this to a sense of humor and one has a super doc!
