First day visit I didn't even get a chance to see Dr. Bishop or the PA because the older lady doing the scheduling made a mistake on my day to come in. She then, to cover her mistake, said she called me and left a message the day before my appointment, which was not true. I took work off this morning and was unable to even see the PA while I was there and was told I can reschedule in two weeks. Unbelievable how disrespectful and unprofessional this lady was to me. I will be getting a new PCP
