Dr. Wethington, takes her time with you and answers any and all questions you may have. She is knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Wethington.

Her bedside manners are terrible. She was rude to my sister while I was in the hospital. She talked at me not to me. During my last follow up appointment she was very rude and ruff. She gave no consideration of the pain or symptoms I was having. I really have so much more to state about this doctor. I will be making sure patient relations knows of the experiences that I had with her as well. I am truly glad I don’t have to see or deal with this doctor again. I saw Dr. Stephanie Wethington at her first practice in VA. She scheduled me for a Abd. Hysterectomy, it was probable GYN Cancer. She opened me up but LEFT THE TUMOR INSIDE ME. The cancer then spread like wildfire after she opened then closed me, leaving the large tumor inside bc she "MISDIAGNOSED" the cancer. After her screw-up again, she NEVER TOOK OUT THE TUMOR but told me to into HOSPICE-to die. Luckily being a RN, I went to Hopkins where they gave me a hysterectomy leading to Pelvic Exoneration. She lied to the Chief of Hopkins GYN Onc. that she told me to go there-which she did NOT! I made the Chief aware & that she was NEVER supposed to treat me. When she made this grave error, she was also became the MEANEST person! I reported her & INOVA's Risk Management Office who recommended I report her to VA Depart of Physician Licensing, I did. She fled to Baltimore & pretends it never happened. I have constant kidney infections now. I'd likely be fine if she had TAKEN THE TUMOR OUT!

When the doctor in New Orleans told me I had paratineal cancer. Dr Wethington looked at my chart and said let's do an EKG! I had a heart attack and 5 other doctors misdiagnosed! She is Amazing and Brilliant!!!

I started seeing Dr. Wethington in Dec 2018 and absolutely love her. She is very knowledgeable, takes time to explain things, and is highly skilled. I had to have a tumor debulking surgery and even the scar from the surgery she did is a lot better looking than a lot of people I have talked to. Highly recommend

She is a great doctor and surgeon. Easy to talk to and she takes the time to answer all of your questions and alleviate any concerns. I highly recommend her.

Dr Wethington misdiagnosed my cancer. Not only did I have to have a radical hysterectomy, as a result of her botching my surgery, I had to get both my BLADDER & VAGINIA removed. Now I get to urinate into a bad on my stomach. Plus, a ureter had to be resected. Moreover, she's a very MEAN PERSON!

I would just like to tell you what a wonderful doctor she is, when I was facing surgery and wanted some reinsurance I looked on the internet to find review's as anyone would. To my surprise there were not that many. I just wanted to know what other people had experienced going through surgery, in which can be a very scary thing to most people.
