One star only because zero stars are unavailable. After booking an appointment in late September for mid February (first available) I received a text message after Christmas informing me my appointment had been cancelled. I had to call to find out why and was given an appointment for later in February. Now at the end of January I am being asked to move my appointment to March. This is clearly an indication of how this practice is run and it’s a circus. This lack of customer consideration is completely unacceptable.

Dr. Tacquard went above and beyond. She saw my teenage son and spent a lot of time with us. I would definitely recommend her!

Dr. Tacquard is hands down the best Pediatric Endocrinologist in the area. At each appointment, Dr. Tacquard spends time addressing our concerns and never appears hurried. Her medical knowledge is impressive and she confidently treats daughter's complicated medical condition. Dr. Tacquard has been a blessing to us and I recommend her without hesitation!!

I had a referral for this doctor, I called and couldn't get my daughter seen for a month, so I made an appointment. By the time of her appointment, I came in the office and told the receptionist my daughter had the flu and was wearing a mask. She told me to do 30 minutes worth of paperwork, pay and wait. After all that, I was told that the doctor, in a medical facility would not see my child. I would never see this doctor again or use Seton.

We feel so fortunate to have Dr. Tacquard as our child's endocrinologist. She is professional, dedicated, and caring. During every appointment, she listens attentively and tries to answer any questions we might have. She truly is a wonderful doctor. Thank you, Dr. Tacquard, for being such a good physician to my child.
