Dr Menes has been my PCP for over 10yrs. She all ways ensures that I'm current on all preventive care (blood work, well womens, mammograms, colonoscopies.

She has helped me so much like no other therapist . She not only is a great therapist but she also is an incredible healer. She combines her therapy with healing which is very rare in this profesion

Not perfect but good service here i been 3rd year she professional and caring very through its front desk the phone is hard to get threw i had no problems.

Her license was recently revoked if that tells you anything about the kind of practice she is running

Dr. Menes is a good PCP. However, her staff are uncaring and do not return calls at all. I literally have to select the option that I am a doctor office calling not a patient. I have informed Menes about this in the past but obviously not staff changes have been made.

I have been going to her for years. She has not once did a physical exam on me. She rushing through my visit and start me on new medications with out informing me. I do work in health care clinic setting so I do know how things are legally supposed to run. She also charged my insurance for weight loss exam which she never talked to me about. I rate her 0 and I will have my insurance to look into fraudulent charges as well I have been going to her for years. She has not once did a physical exam on me. Awful. If I could leave a negative star rating I would. I've been going now for a couple of years please believe the negative comments are the TRUTH! The wait is never less than 1hr 30min. The staff is very rude especially Michelle. People come there with health concerns and for the staff and Dr show no compassion is sad. Dr. Menes will rush you out of there leaving you with questions. At the moment I've got too keep going to her but I WILL be trying to find a more compassionate Dr. That doesn't allow their staff to make people uncomfortable. UNACCEPTABLE! I have been going to this office for years and I haven’t had any problems until this last visit. I wish I could rate a zero. I was in a car accident and had to follow up with Dr. Menes I went in as a walk-in. The staff never asked me what I needed to be seen for instead of seeing the doctor I was seen by the nurse practitioner, she automatically assumed I was there for a 3 month follow up. I was in pain hadn’t slept in 3 days and all this lady was concerned about was doing a Pap smear, a breathing test and a flu shot. I didn’t come for that so she ordered me a X-ray and sent me on my way I called the office to complain and also tell them I didn’t get the proper treatment they didn’t care. Dr. Menes’ office staff got me in for a new patient appointment within one business day. The office staff was pleasant and got me into my room quickly. I did have to wait over an hour for Dr. Menes to come into my room, but I believe it is because she is so thorough with her patients so she does not rush. Dr. Menes and her staff sent 6 prescriptions to the pharmacy for me within 24 hours of my appointment and they sent 3/6 requested speciality referrals in within 24 hours of my appointment. The office building it’s self is nothing fancy and could use some cleaning/updating, but the care from Dr. Menes and her staff is so good that you can look past it. ???? I would highly recommend this Dr. to others. I am so thankful for the pleasant attitudes and swift care from this office. Besides the long wait. She always pushes off drugs on her patients like flu shots and what not. Denied me basic medication (penicillin/Amoxicillin) for swollen tonsils which landed me in the ER. After that incident I haven’t been back and wouldn’t recommend her to anyone you love!

If I could’ve put a 0 I would have! Worst place I’ve been in my entire life! Everytime I come in they’re trying to give out flu shots. Came in because of swollen tonsils which I have a frequent problem with. Simple fix for me is penicillin which I was denied because she doesn’t get the medical kick back off that medicine which landed me in the hospital. WORST CLINIC EVER The clinic should be completely closed. No one seems to know what they are doing from the doctor, Nurse, receptionist etc. They will check you in do your vitals then have you wait in a room for over 2 hours to be seen by the doctor just for her to come and do nothing. I showed up early (no big deal) and then when I was called back (after the appropriate appointment time) I spent over an hour past my scheduled time waiting to be seen. I encourage anyone who is pleased with Dr. Menes to review your medical records from her. Her records may not reflect the care/service she actually renders. I too thought she was a decent PCP, until I read over her notes from my 3 visits. She should be investigated for malpractice, building code violations, and an inept staff. Currently seeking new care. The worse clinic I’ve ever experienced. Dr Menes seems very unknowledgeable and I never understand her rational behind treatment. She seems a bit confused if you ask me . I had 2 appointments in which I drove using my gas and energy just to be rescheduled. She is very unorganized. The whole clinic should just shut down. She nods her head as though she understands but she can never reiterate what was said. She’s definitely in this business to make money, not because she cares for the patient. I would hate for any patient to waste their time coming here. I’m sure the good reviews are prepared by her staff. I advise go to a knowledgeable Dr who knows Medicine. Until Dec. 3rd, 2019 I would've given a 5 star rating to Dr. Menes and Staff at this clinic. I was prescribed a drug in November that turned out to be highly cross-reactive, as explained to me by the Lab, not the clinic, which caused a false positive for methamphetamine, an illicit form I'd never used in my life. Instead of discussing the problem and doing a minor investigation, I was simply cut off my meds and left in Severe Withdrawls for 21 days and left at a pain level of 8-9. There's no doubt there are people who abuse drugs in turn lie about their use or whatever, and cause the calloused response I got. I've spent money from my disability check for 2 office visits in December and 150 miles round-trip twice with no relief from the pain. I presented Another us on Dec. 31st and will be left waiting for the results of a ua I know is clear because I didn't use the drug that she prescribed that caused the false reading in the first place. I simply feel I was left to suffer needless. Subsequent to this review , but not because of it, Dr. Menes reminded me why I'd rated her so highly in the beginning. She follows the rules. In pain MGMT we're often given medications that are closely monitored by the DEA. I had to stop and realize that until I proved I wasn't on methamphetamine she couldn't renew my prescriptions w/o losing her license to prescribe. She requested another ua and when it came back clean immediately faxed my prescriptions. I won't doubt her abilities or motives again. She has my full support for a 5 star rating she deserves. Dr. Menes is by far the most compassionate physician my family has ever met. Shes extremely knowledgeable and always takes her time to make sure all of our questions are answered! A+ experience!

Dr. Menes is the most thoughtful and caring physician I’ve ever met. She genuinely cares about her patients and is never in a rush, making sure all my questions are answered. On top of all that, her bedside manners are the best I’ve seen!

Dr. Menes has been very helpful in her overall care for our nephew. It is difficult at times to contact her office, but she has always gotten us in when we needed medical attention or well checks and her staff was pleasant and her care was kind and professional. Their office at times doesn't respond as quickly to messages as I'd like, but that seems to be prevalent at most medical offices these days.

Dr. Menes is very friendly , BUT I have had nothing but trouble with this office . I am made to book an appointment every 3 months wether I need one or not . I needed a referral so I came in for my appointment , all she did was look at my back and was sent on my way . I was told a referal would be sent that week . It has been a month , so I called the place I was supposed to be reffered to and they weren't ever sent anything reguarding my name . I am in excruciating pain because I have had to wait months and months for NO RESULTS from this doctors office . Waste of time , money , and gas . My daughter and I were new pt. in August 2018 we arrived there at 1:00pm we left the office at 4:18pm our first visit was a consult visit and medication they also want you to leave a urine that they send out to the lab for a drug screen. I was told you have good insurance so when it came time to refill my medication in Oct. 2018 (7 weeks) after the appointment the made me come back in just to get a refill on my medications and they wanted another urine. As of today I called the office to ask why they didn't give the okay to refill my medications through mail order I didn't get a respond to that question instead they called my medicine into Wal-Mart for a 30 day supply and not mail order who has been trying to contact them I am not happy with the way this office operates. I love my doctor, she's very attentive. Wouldn't want it any other way.

As of today 2018 she is still my dr she even kept me on file through my pregnancy even though i didnt see her im happy i didnt have to go thrpugh the new patient process again she put me back on my meds and is a good dr people should show a lil respect and to be honest all these reveiws is a bit a lie michelle is pretty cool once you get to know her she did have a change in nurses while i was away and im sure will continue just to keep her office the way it is supposed to be. wait on appt visit is minimum 1 hour. Does not submit refills or faxes in a reasonable time frame. She should be ashamed of herself.

Unable to speak w/staff. Had to leave message and wait for return call. Unable to get a fax to go through after multiple attempts at different times of day.

Dr. Men's is a great doctor but her staff is not efficient at all! I waited over a month for a referral to be sent to a specialist until I called to follow up and found out it was never done. My personal information was just sitting in the window when I went in. Everytime I call to follow up on something they act like it's the first time they're hearing about it which is a clear sign that there's a lack of communication. They rush you off of the phone. This was the worst experience ever. 1:45 appt, I wasn't seen until after 3pm. The Drs notes were taken on post it notes. I had asked 4x for prescriptions for pharmacy and 4 days later still havent gotten them. I had 3 referrals and the Dr had me find the Specialists, This is normally decided by Ins. but she refused to listen to me and send the referrals to Ins for them to assign the Dr. It has been 4 days and she still has not submitted because she hasnt finished notes from appt. +much more

Never call you for your appointment time they call who they want and they have is sit here while they go to lunch an we still wait. People are very disrespectful and they never know what they should be doing

This doctors office sucks! They charge for medical records but the worst part of my 1 time experience is she illegally changed my medical release form. I specifically wrote what i wanted her to have from my other PCP and she whited it out and added others doctors including my dentist (not sure how she got my other doctors names) ands put she wanted all records from 2007 to present and I told her all I wanted her to have was specific lab results. I recently saw Dr. MENES for a new patient PCP appointment. I thought she and her staff were kind and efficient. Dr. MENES listened to my concerns and I felt she was very attentive to my needs. I look forward to working with her to meet my health care needs.

Incompetence runs this entire office! Even though the office was a mess when i went in, dirty and trashy, I decided to make an appointment anyway because i was just so happy to have found a Dr. I had an appointment set up for a month, after finally hoping to get a Dr while on Medicaid, and they said they were accepting new patients, in fact I went in to the office to make the appointment to make sure everything was okay. After looking forward to an appointment for a month, they call me today, the day before the appointment, to inform me they would no longer be keeping my appointment as they just decided to no longer accept new patients. Decency in this office is not something they know about, neither is courtesy, cleanliness, or even a work ethic. Maybe the whole office should just shut down and save the area some hassle. Dr. Menes's office staff is completely inefficient and without compassion. I went there for diabetes medication as my blood sugar was high and I was completely out of insulin. They told me they could not see me because I did not have my insurance card. I told them I had the number and my insurance company said, they could have easily called them for verification. To add insult to injury, they would not allow me and my friend to wait inside for our ride even though it was very cold this morning in Fort worth Texas.
