Best doctor ever. Allison and Blake are wonderful too. Been going there for 20 years. The nurses are great. Very friendly staff. Love everyone there.

I've gotten typical care at this office from Dr. Frisbee and Allison. The office staff needs improvement. Had an appointment scheduled this morning, but when I got there they had no record of it, even though I had one of their appointment cards showing it. No apologies, just an "I'll schedule you one now". No thanks, just forget it.

When you call and all you get is attitude from the front desk. Making it harder for people to get an appointment.

This place has become horrible. The doctors are amazing but what you have to go thru to get to a doctor isn’t worth it. I was unaware that your private medical information was deemed necessary by the front desk in order to get a call from the nurse. Even when explaining you felt more comfortable speaking to a nurse about it. So if you want everyone in the office to have your private information then this is the place for you. I have been going here for 11 years and I have never been treated the way I have been over the past two weeks over a simple letter for school! I have filed a formal complaint and will pursue it with legal action if needed. No one deserves to be treated like that by their doctor’s staff.

Dr. Frisby is the only doctor i want to go to. You get full attention, she is very attentive to what your concerns are. The best.

I love Dr Frisbie and her staff! She's well informed of/for your needs. Very polite, upbeat and positive attitude. She will always tell you what you need to hear, not what she thinks you want to hear.

This was my fathers PCP doctor, who at first my dad seemed to like even though I think he might have seen her maybe once or twice the whole time she was his doctor, as most of the time he would see the PA. My Dad had heart problems and had to have a bypass surgery and then a pacemaker put in. I live up north and could not be there when he had his surgeries, but my brother and daughter in law and her husband were taking care of my dad. As my Dad's Medical Power of Attorney I would try and talk with this doctor about my Dad's care but she would never call me I always had to talk to the PA, who was nice but not much help! I understand that COVID19 has put a limit on what a lot of people can do in the medical field but you can not leave it to this office to get things done. They are not good on follow up in this office and I was spending almost everyday trying to push for my dad to get into a rehabilitation facility(that was any good). Sadly, most were full or insurance does not pay. The problem is that all the facilities would say that they have not received anything from the PCP office and the PCP office would blame the HHC. It was a nightmare! That's when we just decided that we had enough of the uncaring and incompetent doctors there and we would bring Dad up here to live with us and get better insurance and better doctors! Only gave this office 2 stars because I have to say they did get us the HHC of Kindred for my Dad.

Got me in quickly for health emergency. Very clean and very cautious in this trying time.

Have been at this Dr.'s office and have been very happy with their overall performance!!!

I absolutely love this doctor. She sits down and talks with you and listens to you and she actually cares and she's very smart she knows what to do most often the first time and then if she starts you on a new medication she wants to see you back in 3 weeks and that's awesome The staff are great and she has APNs and they are great and there's never a problem getting in to see Dr Frisbee if you need to my boys will only see her because she is awesome she's great my daughter sees her and absolutely loves her matter of fact she was the first one that actually diagnosed her with her IBS and did something about it. Just remember do not miss your appointments because they will charge you $75 if it's something that is where you had to miss and then you can write a letter to Dr Frisbee and she will determine if they take it off which is a good thing. They have a on-site lab where you don't have to go anywhere else and an x-ray there at the office and they also have a website where you can go a

Front desk is rude! When you call it's because someone is sick no need for the bad attitude. We all have to work on mondays! I've always loved Dr. Frisbie such a great doctor.

Dr frisbee and Allison Lynn are the best, they listen to all of your concerns and make you feel comfortable and all the staff at Sophia Meyer are friendly and helpful. Very clean office with family like atmosphere. Recomend to anyone looking for a new dr.

My first visit was today and I saw nurse practitioner Allison. I just moved here from a big city and was nervous about a new doctor but I've always had great experiences with nurse practitioners. This was one of the best doctors visits I have had! The waiting room was not crowded and very clean and the lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful. I was seen only a few minutes after my appointment time and was in and out within 30 minutes for yearly exam and blood work. Allison, the nurse assistant and lab techs were all excellent and friendly. I'm glad I found a place that I will not be nervous to go back to! This Dr. is one of the best I have ever been to. Never have a problem getting into the office. Her PA's are the best. I would highly recommend Dr. Frisbie to anyone.

Worst doctors office I have ever been to. Went their for 4 months never met the doctor. How do you evaluate your patients?

The front desk ladies are horrible. They have the worst manners and worst customer service of any office I've ever seen. If you don't like your job, find a new one. If you can't fix your attitude, don't work in an office as a receptionist.

I just had my first appt with Dr. Frisbie & loved her! She made me feel at ease & took her time. She did not rush me. She showed concern in my health. She was so down to earth. Very friendly & professional! I really will enjoy her as my new doctor.

Dr. Frisbie has a personality that most doctors lack, I've been to a lot of doctors over the course of my 46 years and she is by far the most understanding, compassionate and knowledgeable doctor(person) who I trust completely. Her office is very efficient and professionally maintained, as well as, kept clean and as for efficiency, I rarely have to wait over fifteen minutes to see her.
