This provider seems more suited to an urgent care dynamic rather than a family doctor. I had a serious issue and she never read my hospitalization report. She avoided seeing me and was exasperated when she finally did. She didn't follow through on the hospital discharge instructions on her follow up care, even after being asked repeatedly.
This provider will not read hospital or specialist reports, and will do her best to pass the buck. She avoids anyone with real issues and seems to be more accustomed to urgent care work rather than a family doctor relationship. The office staff routinely provide test results weeks after they are available online and seem completely disorganized. Avoid.
Long wait time. Appointment was rushed. Doctor refused to help me with my issue and ignored me.
Do not waste your time with Stephanie Frame. She is no more a Dr than I am. Her biggest priority is not getting sued not her patients care.
She is very personable, takes time to listen to you, has a great bedside manner.
