I’ve known and used Dr Szerba for at least 17 years! He is meticulous,Gifted in his art his surgical skills are phenomenal! My niece has the most beautiful nose ever now his cosmetic procedures are stunning

I saw Dr. Szczerba approximately 7 years ago and still stand by giving him a 5 star review. I did my research, saw a few doctors and he was hands down the best in every aspect. He did not rush my appointment or surgery. He was extremely informative and took as much time as I needed answering questions. He suggested what was safe and natural to avoid any issues later on. I've told every single person I know about him if they ask about my surgery. Dr. Szczerba is experienced and very trustworthy. If they called me tomorrow and asked me to come in for a surprise procedure, I'd still do it. He will not do anything if it's not in your best interest. I went for a consultation using 1 of my 2 personal days. I was never informed that they no longer take insurance until a month later. Waste of my time!!! They are not informing patients what is really happening. Go anywhere else.

As a young women wanting breast implants I was nervous about a doctor making me feel naive for wanting this procedure, but this did not happen with Dr.Szczerba. He made me feel great about the decision I was making. Very kind man. This surgery was the best decision I ever made. Dr.Szczerba changed my life.

In April 2020, my dog bit my on my lip for which I needed stitches. I wanted to have a plastic surgeon stitch it up for me and not an ER doc, so I called him on a Saturday morning and 2 hours later he and Kerry came in just for me (office was closed due to covid) to stitch me up. My wound was about 1/2 an inch, but he managed to fit 6 tiny stitches in the area, which helped it to look more natural when I started healing! (He told me an ER doc would probably only do 3 stitches on my wound). He did an amazing job!! I can hardly see my scar. I am so grateful that he was kind enough to come in just for me. I had bi-lateral breast cancer which involved lumpectomy’s on both breast, chemo and radiation. I consulted with Dr. Sczcerba to have reconstruction done to have a normal look again. All I can say is Wow! He did a fantastic job... My breasts look Like I’m 20 years old again. I highly recommend Dr. Sczcerba he does excellent work. Wheeling, IL

I'm not judging this doctor based on his skills but more on the way he runs his office. First time there had a 6pm appointment got there about 5:40, they must of at least been triple booked. It was after 7 and we were stilling sitting there with 2-3 people in front of us.

Unfortunately, the experience I had with Dr. Szczerba was very uncomfortable. I had my first consultation, for breast reduction surgery with him, and his introduction statement for greeting me and my mother was, "usually plastic surgeons don't jump up and down with excitement for cases like this." He spent the hour enjoying talking about himself and all his certifications but also stated that he'd be concerned if I went to other consultations where doctor's talked themselves up, somewhat, like he did. There is no doubt that he prefers the cosmetic portion of his career due to the fact that he didn't take the time to understand my painful symptoms associated with my breast. It's experiences like this that help you figure out who you don't want to be under the care of. Also, if you want your office to look professional have your staff take the time to pick the dead leaves off of the plants instead of sit around throwing pens. I had a nasty hand injury that needed specialist plastic surgery. Today I have zero scarring, or you have to use a magnifying glass to see it. Amazing work by this guy

Just had a procedure done at his office i can testify that he’s the best in his field of operation. Amazing personality and great staffs. I’ll definitely refer anybody to him. I’ll give a million stars rating.

My experience with the practice was so amazing. I saw Dr. SZCZERBA for a breast reduction surgery and he was extremely thorough and insightful. I had my surgery on December 27th and I couldn’t be more happy with my results. Life changing. All of the staff have been nothing but amazing as well. I can’t recommend them enough!

I had a MOHS procedure on my nose recently, it was quite a bit bigger than my dermatologist expected . So she sent me to Dr Szczerba he saw me that same night. I was so upset because the hole in my nose was huge. But him and his staff made me feel so much better his PA Carey was great and they did the flap procedure the next day . They were so kind and he did a wonderful job closing the hole in my nose .It has been 4 weeks and it looks great???? Best plastic surgeon! Love my results.

He performed the worst plastic surgeries on my face! I made a worst mistake of my life selecting this doctor after a long waited facial rejuvenation. He performed rhinoplasty, upper and lower blepharoplasty, fat transfer to cheeks. My nose is permanently ruined, my cheeks are uneven, my eyes are permanently ruined with uneven looks and awful scars way out of the eye lines and deep.

Love him & his team ! He was gentle , and didn’t mind answering all my questions a thousand times no matter how many times I asked lol got me in right away ! Nurse made me feel so safe and comfortable ! 100% recommend his office traveled all the way from Michigan !

I felt very comfortable with Dr.Szczerba. He educates you on how the breast augmentation procedure works. Explains the pros and cons between Saline and Silicone implants. Great experience! I first heard of him because a family member needed a plastic surgery for medical necessity (which as it turns it's difficult to find a plastic surgeon willing to do this). His work was so profound that I used him for a surgery of my own. The staff has been so accommodating and helpful to scheduling and finding what best suits our individual needs. He goes above and beyond in making sure we are comfortable and we know what to expect before, during, and after surgery. Kerry, one if his staff members, is amazing. She makes patients feel at ease and both her and Dr Szczerba together make for a really great atmosphere. Dr Szczerba is a great physician. He has done my rhinoplasty and liposuction which I was very happy with. He answered all my questions and took time with all my concerns. Dr. Szczerba, and his staff are just amazing. Have had several pre-op, and post-op appointments and my wait time is 0-15 minutes from my schedule appointment time. At every appointment I have felt heard, and understood. All my consultations were thorough. I felt very comfortable with Dr. Szczerba, and his staff. I had rhinoplasty and septoplasty done by Dr Szczerba, after one consultation I was comfortable and had full trust in him. Incredible staff and professionalism, I would definitely recommend him to anyone , after surgery and weeks/months after surgery I was in contact with Dr through cell calls after hours and txt messsges, he always responded same day and discussed any concerns or questions I had. Seen me for follow ups even if he was booked. Also did my Botox and am super satisfied!

Horrible experience. I was hurt at work, I just started the job but don't have insurance yet. I paid the 250$ to be seen for a whole 5 minutes but before I was seen, I had to wait even tho my appointment was at 11:00, I wasn't seen till 1:00 because I have no insurance. If I am paying you cash, I expect decent service not someone feeling bothered they have to see me. Some curtesy and respect would be appreciated but I received attitude instead and half service.

There are no words to describe what an amazing physician/surgeon and human being Dr. Szczerba is- I had surgery just recently to remove some excessive tissue from two rather difficult emergency c-sections- In addition to my recent surgery, Dr. Szczerba has been my physician for botox for years. And when I became slightly resistant to botox, he utilized another option right away - his knowledge of new agents and willingness to help in any way he can is wonderful. The care and attention that Dr. Szczerba provides is beyond what I would expect from a busy physician let alone a surgeon of his caliber. He personally calls to check on your status post operation- he answers texts on his personal phone if you have a question and if he is unavailable he asks his staff to make sure you know he will get back to you when he is out of surgery. The results of my surgery are nothing short of amazing. I am not even three months out and the compliments are incredible - I feel more confident then I have in years - it not only has boosted my self esteem but the healing process was so much shorter than expected. Another really incredible aspect to this truly gifted surgeon was his willingness to let me make a choice to do the surgery under local anesthesia - he listens to his patients- respects their choices and cares unbelievably about the outcome. I recommend him to everyone I know and not a soul has had anything to say but how wonderful and compassionate he is- I feel so lucky to have been referred to him by another friend years ago. Dr. Szczerba is awesome as well as his entire office staff. I had a breast reduction as well as a tummy tuck and a thigh lift. It all went very well. The Dr. explains everything in detail. Janine, his laser nurse is also great. I had a profractional peel and it was deep and I left looking pretty bloody. But, I healed within a week and the results have been great. Dr Szczerba was highly recommended to me by one of my doctors. I had had breast augmentation 12 years prior and wanted to have them redone. There were some mis-alignment and scarring issues that had to be addressed. When I contacted Dr Szczerba's office via email he personally responded and that to me was impressive. Plastic surgery of that nature is extremely personal and I wanted a doctor that was not only skillful in that field but also had to have a very good bedside manner. Dr Szczerba possessed both. Breast augmentation surgery is in itself challenging and working after another surgeon made it even more so. I am happy to say that Dr Szczerba rose to these challenges brilliantly. As a Social Worker & Personal Trainer, I honestly believe we have so much power to improve our mind & body ourselves! For everything else that we cannot change because of genetics or through hard work in the gym, there is Dr. Szczerba! :) I will not even lie when I say, I have always thought I was kinda cute, Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman quirky cute, but thanks to Stefan Szczerba, I wake up feeling Hollywood glamorous beautiful each morning, in this case Julia Roberts in her Lancome commercial! On my 1st consultation, I was very nervous when I had my one on one interview with Dr. Szczerba. As soon as I entered the room the staff and the doctor made me feel so welcomed. The doctor took his time explaining everything to me and was very detailed on all pro and cons of my surgery I wanted to get which was Breast Augmentation. He measured me and told me his honest option of what is the range that would best suit me on my weigh, height, size and width from front to back. He pretty much answered all the questions that I had with NO added pressure. The date of my surgery, everything went 100% well. I was checked by him frequently within the year and all went well. He has made me feel so confident, and good about myself as of today. They look so real and they are so beautiful going from a 36B to a 36DD. I can say I would recommend Dr. Szczerba to anyone!
