Excellent experience. Dr. Myers runs a great office. He's on time, personable, friendly, and most importantly, a really good doctor. I have great confidence in him and consider myself lucky to have him be my doctor.

Excellent and experienced doctor!!

Very impressed with the staff and Doctor. Professional, polite, personable, and office was clean.

Dr. Myers is a kind and patient doctor, as well as very knowledgeable. He took the time to become familiar with my medical history and he took the time to get to know me and to listen to my concerns.

Was referred to NW Urology after a complication with surgery involving a unrelated issue. Dr. Meyers is a very knowledgeable professional and I was relieved to have him treat me during a very uncomfortable time. The only negative is they are very busy, so you might have to take the initiative with some of the communication and follow ups. It was a good visit. The only thing with this clinic is that for every little thing you have to do lots of computer and texting red-tape. Which is hard for people with certain disabilities to do, as well as for low-income patients who don't have computers or I-phones.

Excellent care from Dr. Myers and the staff at Providence St. Vincent Hospital.

My experience was great I was seen right around my appointment time instead of 30 or so min after. The staff and Dr were great and worked to solve my problem. In addition their covid precautions were great.

Very friendly and professional. Explained problem and the next steps needed to repair the problem. Dr Meyers and his staft are great!

Poor not impressed staff not well informed took 30 minutes on hold

Was treated poorly by front desk staff and given mediocre care. Not impressed.

I've been a patient of this practice for many years. It is very hard to get to see the doctor himself. The practice pushes me to see his PA, because the doctor is overbooked (but they charge the same fee for the PA as for the doctor). Phones are rarely answered, you have to leave a message and they call you back (much) later. This practice seemed to be well-run and very responsive until a couple of years ago. It doesn't really inspire my confidence anymore. I expect to be able to reach my doctor and then see him or her. That is no longer easy to do with this doctor or practice.

This is a GREAT doctor! He uses the very best technology and latest procedures and has had great results. His bedside manor is very reassuring and comforting. HOWEVER his billing department didn't get the correct authorization leaving me with a >4000 bill. FIXED! had me very worried but they fix the billing! Honestly you want this doctor. Dr. Myers suggested that the Urolift procedure would likely help with my BPH. The procedure was performed in the office in less than an hour and with really minimal discomfort. Dr. Myers was very personable and informative, and his explanations as the procedure progressed helped me to stay comfortable. 24 hours later I require no pain medication and feel that the process should result in a significant improvement in my quality of life. This was my first appointment at NW Urology and with Dr Myers. I was very impressed with the entire experience. It begins with free parking, followed by a very smooth registration process on an iPad. The receptionist was very friendly and efficient. Dr Myers was very knowledgeable and spent lots of time explaining options and setting a plan in place. Every aspect of my experience with Northwest Urology has been outstanding. I’m a long time patient of Dr Meyers. He came highly recommend by my General Physician at the time. Dr Meyers is a caring person and supremely competent physician. He has always been efficient and respectful of my time — never keeping me waiting. Dr Myers carried out an adult circumcision on me. It could not have been a better experience. Aside from some mild discomfort for a couple of weeks, there was absolutely no pain. The end result was perfect in every way. He's changed my life for the better. Wholeheartedly recommended.

I love Dr. Meyers. Very human and considerate. Offers practical advice and is very professional. I love his staff! They are extremely helpful and caring and feel like they are part of my extended family. I always look forward to seeing Dr. Meyers and his staff of nurses in Vancouver and Portland offices. Would be 0 stars if it were an option! This doctor has received referrals from an ER doctor and from my PCP, due to kidney stones and constant blood in my urine. He refused the ER doc's referral and has ignored the PCP's referral, as well as 3 phone calls from me. Office now states my records were sent to the 'wrong location'; which I find odd because the records are accessed online and it has been 3 weeks since the first referral. Nothing good to say about NW Urology.

Dr. Stanley has great Customer Service and the proverbial bedside manners!! He knows to communicate effectively and he is a great listener too. His staff would gain greatly in the Customer Service department by following his lead.

Dr. Myers is just really nice. He listens and seems to really understand what your telling him. Last year's visit he diagnosed an unrelated issue that had nothing to do with urology. I ended up having surgery right away. I was really impressed because other doctors had not a clue and he pegged it. I would give 5 stars but I waited a really long time to see him this visit. The office staff is great and the location is easy to get to. Dr. Myers is just really nice. He listens and seems to really understand what your telling him.
