Dr. Stanley J Conhon

I like the doctor unfortunately the automatic phone service for a refill is poor to bad. The pharmacy agreed with me they are not good. Sometimes you need to talk to someone or at least get a text or something so you know if they are taking care of you. Very frustrating.

He is wonderful He listens

My experience with Dr. Conhon was wonderful every time I saw him. No medical office is without issues, however, his care was and that of the PA's that work in the office was superior. He treats everyone the same and and has done some wonderful work. His staff does a good job as well, patience is a must! He does his job and does it well, I have recommended him to many people.

My husband and I both have been seeing Dr. Conhon for years and we recommend him to all of our friends. He takes the time to talk and listen to your concerns.

Agree with review that Dr. Conhon treats patients not as a number. Is a great Doctor who cares about his patients. Have been seeing him for years and have no intentions on changing. If you have a beef with the billing or the staff do not leave a negative comment on his name.

Dr. ConHon is the best doctor I’ve ever had the privilege of seeing. He is caring, kind and very knowledgeable. Dr. ConHon does not treat his patients like ‘a number’, as he generally cares about each patient and their individual problems. I would highly recommend Dr.ConHon, he has been our doctor for over 15 years, to anyone seeking a doctor who actual cares and does not give up until a solution has been found. I waited 3 weeks for an appoinment for them to call me the day before and tell me they couldnt see my child due to an insurance issue that I could have resolved if they would have told me 3 weeks ago. Im finding health care elsewhere.

DR Conhon was pleasant and my wife Loved Dr Farley but we have had it with McLaren and are seeking a new doctor over billing issues. I have spent the last 4 months trying to get this issue resolved Hap says office billed it that way they have to change it so did McLaren and office refuses to change or at least delete the remaining. My time and money are very limited. had to take a day off work for the appointment all i could get was in middle of day even booking months out. was seated in office quickly but then sat in a room by myself for 45 min then to get an addl $90 charge for the visit that my employer mandated to get my benefits. took several calls before office manager ever started returning calls and asked to speak to doc hoping to resolve this without bureaucracy but never got to speak to him. Dr Conhon I like and trust. Have had problem s with staff but never if I needed to get in ASAP.

No personalization what so ever. You can never speak with a live person from his office. And like everyone has said, Rx refill process or leave a callback message is a joke. Doesn't happen. It's an absolute circus. This doesn't happen at other non McLaren offices. No one helps unless you complain to the main campus administration. Pitiful patient care for healthcare.

Staff is unfriendly, very difficult to ever speak to anyone in the office. When you call for an apt, you are calling a central 800# that is not in his office. Call for prescription refills is a joke. You will be lucky to ever have that happen. My pharmacy couldn't even get in touch with him or his practice - due to the fact he prescribed the wrong medication, on a Friday afternoon. Horrible experience.

Labeled my mother as a substance abuser and pill seeker. She was in genuine pain and they did nothing.

Dr. Conhon was my doctor for over 10 years. He was always a kind, caring and gentle man. Even with issues like mental illness and addiction issues where most doctors view of you would quickly change Dr. Conhon was still always great and worked hard to get me references for the help I needed. He was not of the mind that an addict should be treated any differently which is important in the middle of a crisis of huge proportions regarding addiction. I only left Dr. Conhon's office because I moved.

most definitly, He is a very caring Doctor and very considerate. He answers all questions. Yes I would definitly recommend Dr. Conhon to my Family and friends.

I nick named him dr conartist. He will sneer at you if you try to speak your opinion about anything so only go if you don't care about getting the right treatment or diagnosis. Also, he will make you feel dumb and he probably won't remember who you are even after like 15 years of going to see him (part of it I was a child, I had no choice). So only go if you like being treated like just another dumb number wasting his time with silly questions like: how safe is this medication to take?

I am 26 a military disabled veteran I have condition causing organ failure Both myself an my Pharmacy has been trying to get my aspirin refilled for 3 plus weeks i am in 3rd stage of heart failure and need this medication with my other vascular diolaters n blood thinners thankfully he is not the issuing doctor for my blood thinners and vascular diolaters or any important medication and this is not the first time we have been in this position. He is a doctor for the high pay and nothing else

Dr. ConHon is good. This would be a better review if it weren't for his staff. The counter staff is good. Three calls to nurses station. Zero response. This is very typical. Calling and leaving a message and the required information is absolutely useless.
