Dr. Piedad and her staff are wonderful! They go above and beyond in making my son feel less anxious about his visits and provide exquisite care. They are genuinely caring and lovely. This practice is a gem!

Dr. Piedad is amazing. She has been caring for my son for seven years. She is always kind, patient and helpful. The entire staff makes a dental visit a fun and pleasant experience for the kids and parents too! They do not file insurance for routine visits but they are worth a little extra work on my part!

We have been visiting this practice for a dozen years--frankly since my child was still growing baby teeth--and we have had consistently kind, caring, loving, and professionally outstanding service. The front desk staff, the hygienists, and the dentists know us by name. They are genuinely happy to receive us. They sing songs during exams when counting teeth and engage the kids to participate in their own office visits and oral care. They discuss diagnoses and treatments directly and effectively using plain English and sometimes pop culture allusions. They give the kids sunglasses to wear during certain protocols and stickers and toys as prizes for patience and bravery. It never gets old. I wish they had been MY pediatric dental practice when I was a kid.

Love Dr. Stacy and her whole office!

We love everything about Dr. Stacy and the staff at her office. They sing songs, are nurturing, and manage to get the tough jobs — like pulling teeth— done without upsetting the kids. We’ve been with them for over seven years and couldn’t imagine a better dental experience for our kids.

I agree with the insurance complaint. I have to fax the receipt in, but the check goes to my husband so I never know if it’s been received. I deal with it though because Dr Stacey’s personally is so amazing! Her staff is above the rest. You wouldn’t believe the adorable song they sang to my 9 year old daughter while they pulling her tooth!

We love Dr Stacy. The staff is great as well. The only reason for four stars is the fact they do not file insurance for their patients so you have to self pay and then remember to figure out how to get reimbursed. It is a pain!

As always Dr. Piedad and the entire staff were fabulous! They are very interested in each child having a wonderful experience. Truly. I have twins and the one WITHOUT an appointment cried when he found out he wasn't going to see Dr. Stacey.

Dr Piedad is an excellent dentist. She has been my boys dentist for over 10 years. She is very knowledgeable and has a great personality. She can relate well to children and adults. I highly recommend her office.

Dr. Piedad and the entire team is beyond excellent. Their communication with my children (3- and 5-years old) was perfectly tailored to their ages and interests. My boys enjoyed to the dentist so much, that upon leaving they asked if they could come back the next day!

Dr. Stacy is wonderful! Our 4 year old daughter absolutely loves her, and gets so excited when she learns that her visit is coming up soon (she was literally shouting and spinning with glee, before this most recent one!). The office is pleasant and runs very efficiently. We always enjoy coming in. The only thing I don't like is paying for parking, but that's typical almost everywhere in Atlanta.

Very professional and sweet. Doctors and staff are well trained in child pedagogy and my kids (3 and 5 year old) have their cleanings done with ease and a bit of fun. Kids receive prizes at the end but usually are happy to run back to the foyer to play. The entry way is welcoming with plenty of books and games as well as nice staff directing the process. Dr. Piedad’s patience and guidance is exemplary. Overall highly recommende

Dr. Stacy is the best! So thorough and knowledgeable and yet still so gentle and sweet with kids. She saved us in a recent dental emergency with my six year old and now my daughter isn’t scared to get a filling anymore.

We love Dr. Stacy! She has a wonderful bedside manner. When. Issues arise she strategizes the best plan of action and is considerate of our time and costs. The staff is great as well!

We love Dr. Piedad! We have been going for four years. Dr. Piedad and her team are so amazing with kids that mine actually look forward to each visit, and quote her all the time. We can barely pry their mouths open at home to brush their teeth, but they will do every single thing Dr. Piedad asks of them. Dr. Piedad always answers our questions with incredible patience, and has the most amazing attitude. We absolutely recommend her!

My daughter was so happy to go to the dentist on her birthday because she was able to see one of her favorite people Dr. Piedad! That is how special Dr. Piedad is, and that is because she is loving, professional and in touch with her 'customers.' The staff is top notch, always personable and helpful, and very knowledgeable about the latest and pertinent information in pediatric dental care. You and your child will be pleased. :)

Dr. Piedad is sweet, kind and talented. My kids love going to the dentist - even when they have a cavity. The office is perfectly tailored to children and makes them feel comfortable even when having a cavity filled (we have had 4). I would give her 6 stars if I could!
