Super rushed by her. She never checked the nurse’s bandaging of my back for skin patch test. Could not sleep all that night and had to come back the next day. The nurse who rewrapped me said it was done wrong. When I saw Dr McClure for follow up appt, I told her what happened and she asked me if I had sensory issues, like it was my fault!

By far the best experience I've ever had having to see a specialist of any kind. Everyone was nice from the receptionist to the doctor. I would highly recommend coming here.

Dr. McClure performed a very thorough yet efficient exam, explained key points clearly without using technical jargon, answered my questions allowing me to make informed decisions about treatment, and performed the required removals expertly.

Wait times are ridiculous. It takes weeks to get an appointment or months. Argued with me in exam. Looking for new doctor.

After filling out intake forms (which are antiquated and illegible in places) I waited nearly 45 minutes before going to exam room. Rhe physician's assistant asked several questions which had already been answered on the intake forms and, after an hour had passed without seeing a doctor, I left. While the desk staff was sympathetic, no explanation for the wait time was given nor an apology from the doctor offered. A frustrating and disappointing experience.

The Dr. Is very nice, but when the medication did not work within 4 days, and I have not been sleeping, I called the office. The nurse had ZERO compassion. She should be placed in non employee facing functions. I ended up locating a different physician that has given me the correct medication and wondered why I wasn't given that when i called my treating Dr.
