Dr Ulrick is wonderful. She’s thorough & always so pleasant & helpful. We trust her with all of our eye care needs.

Great experience!!

Friendly and great service.

Very quick and efficient eye exam. I like all the new technology. I liked seeing what my eyes look like. It was very reassuring to see that as of now I don't have serious eye issues. My mother has macular degeneration. It's something that will be needed to watch for, and I am grateful there are machines that can detect troubled areas.

Great service from exam to front area with the tech who helped me pick out glasses, helped me understand costs, etc.

She was very patient and thorough. Best eye exam I have ever had.

She’s always so nice in my many years seeing her. Dr Ulrich was great with my daughters first visit. She was nervous and not excited to need glasses but after her eye test then seeing how well she can see with glasses her response was “I love seeing like this” Dr Ulrick made it easy and fun for her!

I always liked Stacey's office. Listens to concerns. She was running behind on appointments today, but things happen.

Very professional experience

She saw both my husband and I. She was very thorough and pleasant to work with. I will certainly go back to see Stacey.

Was very informative, explained everything to me and showed me pictures of my eye.

I scheduled an appointment online which was 2 weeks out. When I got there they had no record of it. I sat with a woman who scheduled an appointment for 2 weeks out again. I showed and they had no record of it. They then were able to squeeze my in and Dr. Ulrick was great.

The eye exam was great. The doctor was so helpful! She never tries to upsell you to things you don't need. She just suggests what she thinks will work best. I would suggest the doctor and practice to anyone.

Excellent service, excellent help answering all of my questions and helping me feel comfortable with my 1st eye exam!

Stacy and her staff are fantastic!

The associate was great, answered all questions and very thorough.

I love coming to see Dr. Ulrick, it is always a pleasant time. Even if i have to go out of my way to see her I would every time, and the rest of the staff there was very kind and helpful as well.

Great service, fast, ontime, spent the to explain results.

Service was efficient and point on from front desk to examination room. Everyone was very friendly and helpful!!!

This was my first visit here and I must say the girls in the front were very nice and knew their work Dr Stacey was very professional upfront gave practical advice did not push anything If I’m still in the area I will be back next year for my annual eye exam

Dr Ulrick has been so kind, caring and helpful during all this. I hurt my eye Saturday morning, her staff quickly got me in to see her and I’ve just been so grateful for the care and kindness! Thank you!

I went to a different location and was crushed at my experience. However I gave target optical another try at the chaska location and let me tell you: It was an Outstanding initial experience. Dr. Stacey Ulrick found an error in my previous prescription that i know will drastically improve my vision. She provided me with the knowledge I needed to understand why I was having so many issues. Her team is very thoughtful and informative, the manager at the store was AMAZING, after hearing my story she went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make it right. I am so grateful at how kind and welcoming every single person At that establishment was. I couldn't ask for a better experience. So customer service oriented.!! Ps. They really took their time and didn’t rush my exam or measurements, they wanted to ensure I was comfortable and could actually see before leaving (which I appreciate) I will be coming back for sure- and highly suggest you consider them for your next eye exam. I never really leave reviews- but I needed to. I will be recommending all my friends and family! I can’t say enough good things about them ! Cheers ???? A friendly clinic at a nice location near home. I recommend getting the photograph based eye check to avoid the eye dilation

The exam was thorough, attentive and didn’t feel rushed. Dr. Ulrick addressed my concerns with my vision and recommended tweaks to my prescription for bifocal contact lens which have worked very well. I should add that I specifically sought out Dr. Ulrick for this eye exam because she was my eye doctor over a decade ago. I decided to go back to her even though it was a bit of a drive from where I now live - it was a good decision! Even with all the technology available these days, it still takes a good doctor to arrive at the right prescription which suits you, especially with bifocals. I am happy I went back to Dr. Ulrick.
