Stacey J Sullivan

I have been seeing Dr. Sullivan for the past 4-5 years. She has recently changed employers. I made an appointment for my annual physical 2-3 months in advance at her new employer. A few days prior I was contacted, told "the Doctors decided to not be open that day", & asked to reschedule weeks later in the next year. I unsuccessfully reached out to Dr. Sullivan to see if I could be fit in due to a pressing health issue. At this point, I decided to stay with the prior health care facility & just get a new Doctor. Thank God! The new Dr. immediately diagnosed me with Hemochromatosis. This is a serious disease if it is left untreated (!). The same evidence was there over a year ago at my last appointment with Dr. Sullivan. In addition, at my last appointment I shared I had pain in my feet. She was sitting at her desk typing with her back to me. Without flinching she replied, "That's arthritis." No questions about what sort of pain?, how long has that been going on?, a look to see if they were swollen, etc. It was about as insensitive as it could have been.

I have tried to delete my review of "1" star for Dr. Sullivan and cannot get google to remove it. I was only frustrated with the phone system not with Dr. Sullivan. It was my attempt to have someone call me without having to drive 30 miles to the office. Dr. Sullivan is beyond outstanding! She is a wonderful person as well as a wonderful doctor. I continue to make the commute to Fountain Hills to see her. Again, she is kind, thorough, extremely intelligent and the type of doctor that exceeds expectations. Extremely Frustrated!! Have been trying to get through to the FH office for days! The Voicemail is "FULL". This is beyond exhausting - do I need to drive there to get results from a test on May 19th? I am not able to leave a voicemail! I called the Scottsdale office to have an Office Manager call me. I had to leave a voicemail at that office - at least their voicemail was not full. In my eyes this is a travesty to your patients and your business. I am now holding in que and am number 9. Please have Dr. Sullivan call me this week after 2pm with my test results. Jayne N. Dr. Stacey Sullivan is a superior physician. She has been my primary care doctor for a few years. She has helped me through some significant illnesses. She really listens and is acutely aware of my medical history at every visit. Her acute awareness and immediate actions helped me through a potentially life threatening illness. Dr Sullivan is understanding and empathetic. She listens to my questions and carefully explains the results of tests. I am very comfortable during my visits with her.

Not rushed, she seems to really care about me as a patient!

Dr. Sullivan is one of the best primary care physicians I have ever had, and I am over 50, and have lived all over the USA, so that's a lot of PCPs. She listens very well, knows her craft extremely well, and she does her homework. We have four kids ranging in age from 13 to 20, and she is great for all of us. Personally, what I like best about Dr. Sullivan is the fact that she never seems to be in a rush, and she is willing to explain conditions, treatment options, potential outcomes, etcetera using very technical language with me, and then with simpler (but still very descriptive) language for my kids. Dr. Sullivan is also able to admit when she doesn't know something, and needs to do more research.

I cannot recommend this doctor highly enough. Dr. Sullivan has been our family physician for the last three years, for me, my wife and four kids, who range in age from 19 down to 12. Dr. Sullivan is great to work with. She is caring and kind, friendly, and she is also very effective. We have seen her for a wide variety of issues, and she has handled every one in a superb manner. She is great with kids, and with adults. She is willing to explain things in great detail to me and my wife (who both want very technical explanations) and also is able to explain to our kids in a way that they understand. The people at the practice, 4C Medical Group, are similarly very friendly and helpful.

An old fashioned doctor using every modern modality. She listens carefully, tests thoroughly and analyzes before making recommendations. I have complete comfort that Dr. Sullivan has the patient's ultimate concerns at heart. I have recommended her to several friends and family.

Dr. Sullivan is a wonderful doctor. She listens, goes over your record, follows through on details...even some you don’t remember yourself! I was so glad I found her. You will be, too.

Dr. Stacy Sullivan has been my primary care physician for a few years now. Dr. Sullivan actually listens and is very caring, knowledgeable and efficient. I would certainly recommend her to anyone who is looking for quality medical care.

Please know Dr Sullivan is an excellent doctor. She listens and her manner is thoughtful and respectful and I believe thorough. I’m the type who feels shy about bringing possible things to a doctors attention. And we found health issues every time. We need more like her. Thank you.

Dr. Sullivan was referred to me by a friend/neighbor. It was clear to me on my first visit that she had thoroughly reviewed my medical history and started the visit with a conversational discussion about my health concerns and goals. Post-visit, she personally followed up to discuss my lab results. Since then, I've had several visits with Dr. Sullivan and have been completely satisfied with her care and listening skills. I have referred Dr. Sullivan to my wife and brother-in-law who are both very happy with her. My brother-inlaw has multiple life threatening medical issues that have been very effectively addressed by Dr. Sullivan through referrals to quality specialists and follow-on consulting with them to achieve a team approach for his care. His quality of life has improved dramatically as a result of Dr. Sullivan's attentive care. If I could, I would assigned her 10 stars out of 5 for this review

Both my husband and I see Dr. Sullivan. She is extremely knowledgable and helpful. We see her multiple times a year and she's seen us through several illnesses - pneumonia, RSV, bronchitis, and more! I would & have highly recommend Dr. Stacey Sullivan as a primary Care Physician. She has taken great quality care of me through the past few years and although I have alot of complications in my health, she was very patient to listen, take notes, and refer me to specialists and get the testing I needed. Also at times when I requested a second opinion she helped me find a Specialist that worked with my insurance. She is a Doctor that truly cares of her patients health, recovery, and concerns.
