Do not come here. Reviews must be fake. Went to her for sinus infection, She did not even take a culture. She just wanted to keep probing, going into furthest sinus with tools. She kept wanting to do procedures. Wound up in hospital with severe illness that spread due to her resistance to giving an antibiotic. Hospital testing showed infection that spread.

Dr Silvers really cares about making you permanently healthier! She’s so nice, experienced and knowledgeable. Excellent service!!!!!

I can’t express how great the whole staff and Dr. silvers treated us. She cared for my daughter bloody nose and fixed her so she can ski in the Switzerland alps with no issues. Thanks a bunch

Aside from having a wonderful staff, Dr. Silvers completely changed the course of my life by performing corrective surgery on my sinuses. My sinuses were in rough shape and breathing was damn near impossible for me before meeting her. 3 years later I am excelling as a musician, martial artist and fitness enthusiast as a result of the amazing work that she performed on me. I am forever grateful to have met her and would recommend anyone reading this to seek her services. ps Being that I am a drummer and realizing that she was an ENT, I randomly thought it would be a great idea to get my hearing checked out and I am so glad I did. She was able to catch mild hearing loss that had taken place on my part and recommended preventative measures to ensure that my hearing is more stable so that I can rock out safely. Complete waste of time. Very incompetent doctor. Don’t believe any of the good reviews it was probably written by her or the office staff.

PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE! Was referred to this practice by CityMD due to loss of hearing on my left ear. I went in for my appointment on 09/29 on which I was just verbally told it could have been caused by a viral infection after only having a quick look in my ears and was just asked to provide a pharmacy near me. Since there was no indication of how many meds or paperwork provided by the facility of what medications were prescribed to me i picked up the only one available to me when I went to pick up my medication. I took the medication for 7 days and with no audio back and migraines I called back the office on 10/04 at 10:00am for guidance on what else I could do for my situation. Midway explaining my situation I was cut off by the front desk and told I would have to leave a voicemail and that someone would call me back. With no call back from the faculty I called back around 3:30pm asking if there was any updates for me. Front desk argued with me telling me that I never left a voicemail and was given a lame excuse that they were afraid that there was something wrong with their system. Between trying to locate somebody named Vanessa and arguing with front desk I waited for 30 mins before finally being transferred. After being transferred I was told I was prescribed 2 additional medication of which were never sent over. I haven’t been able to hear anything for a week - completely deaf on my left side and now getting told that I should have been taking 3 medications instead of 1 was really frustrating but more than anything disgusted with the lack of empathy, structure and competence. I could loose my hearing due to prolonging the medication I was suppose to be taking. I truly question the reviews and Dr.silvers if this is how they treat all their patients. Every once in a blue moon you meet a doctor who exemplifies what the very best of the medical profession can offer. Dr. Silvers is an incredibly talented, compassionate, and knowledgeable ENT surgeon . I came to her with years of chronic nasal obstruction, snoring, and sleep apnea and left breathing like a new man. She skillfully performed a septoplasty and tonsillectomy on me a 38-year old and despite all the horror stories of getting your tonsils removed as an adult I couldn't have asked for a better surgeon as recovery was a cinch. I just completed my deviated septum surgery with Dr. Silvers and couldn't be happier. She has been my doctor for years, and has worked with me thru multiple sinus infections. The surgery went very well and exactly as she said - virtually pain free (I took Tylenol twice) and a couple of days of discomfort in exchange for a lifetime of dramatically improved breathing. I absolutely love Dr. Silvers, and her entire staff actually. They are so professional and helpful and I never feel like I’m a bother. I had so many issues with my insurance company and they were very attentive and informative about the next courses of action. She is the only doctor that’s been able to get down to the root of my issue. The bedside manner is unmatched. And Sally, OMG i have never met a more professional and caring executive assistant! A wonderful doctor and person! She made me feel 100% comfortable from the very first second of our interaction & patiently listened to help diagnose and treat the symptoms I was dealing with, which ended up be Silent Reflux. I highly recommend her for anyone not only looking for a highly capable ENT doctor. She is awesome!

Dr. Silvers has been my ENT for over 10 years now. She is knowledgeable, kind, patient, and understanding. I was having recurring sinus infections and she first tried treating it naturally. Didn’t work. We moved to medication. Didn’t work. After 4 months of trying, she did a CT scan and determined I needed surgery. I haven’t had a sinus infection since. Best decision I’ve made. Surgery went beautifully and she called to check on me after surgery. Now, I only see her when I have a serious issue and she always solves the problem. Hands down my favorite doctor. She doesn’t sugarcoat things; she tells you like it is. She has a wonderful bedside manner and treats you like a human. She doesn’t talk above you but rather in your level. I highly recommend her! Dr Silvers is the BEST! World class. Perfect bedside manner. She was able to confidently diagnose my condition during my first visit, doing what 3 other docs couldn't do, and made it a point to let me know that we're going to get it corrected. Dr. Silvers is extremely knowledgeable and one of the most friendly doctors I have ever had the privilege to meet. Unfortunately, the previous review regarding her reception desk is pretty accurate... Haiti is as rude as she is incompetent. She refused at all cost to hear what information my provider was requesting and continued to speak over me on the phone. Couldn't breath for thirty years from sinuses, infection and so many operations. With one visit and single operation she saved my LIFE!!!! I can breathe again 16 years after the operation (since 2002) I thank Dr. Stacey Silvers every day!

She is very knowledgeable in what she does. Yes the annual scheduled procedures can be performed locally as well here in Connecticut ,However because of what I have experienced over the years at her practice I choose to continue to travel over 70 miles to see her... She is an amazing and caring doctor. My first visit with her showed me how caring she was and how she was genuinely interested on how to help me get to the bottom of what was going on. It's is nice when you walk in to greeted by a friendly staff and a doctor who remembers you. ONE THING YOU CAN BE SURE OF SHE KNOWS HER STUFF. Hi The Best ENT doctor I have ever been to, she takes time to find out what wrong with you and tries to cure you not just medicate you. She finds the problem and comes up with a solution. I highly recommend her.

I love seeing Dr. Stacey. She is very nice and well explained and very professional. My only concern is Sonya at the front reception desk she got bad attitudes problem each time when I called to make appointment or have question. That's the reason why I stop going to see Dr. Stacy. I was lucky to have picked Doctor Silvers. She corrected my recurring sinus infections which plagued me for years.
