I am 8 weeks post-op for a spinal fusion (L-4, L-5, S-1). My back has never felt stronger. I wish I had this 2 years ago. I have followed all instructions completely and was back to my desk job 6 weeks later. His office staff is great and always helpful. I had multiple epidurals prior to the surgery. My confidence in Dr. Dhawlikar is what led to my decision for surgery.

This doctor is terrible. Recommended surgery on 2 broken ankles for a woman who has advanced COPD, so advanced they had to leave her on a ventilator for an additional day due to the surgery. Dr didn't even bother to call me to let me know, I had to track down the location and status of my mother myself. When I did speak to the Dr, he basically told me that since I wasn't in the waiting room he assumed nobody needed to be contacted. The office staff are rude to deal with as well.
