Dr. Srinivasa Rao Potluri

The physician and staff are wonderful. Honestly, he is one of the smartest and best I have ever seen. However, the billing department is atrocious. They submitted my billing to the wrong insurance and tried to bill me thousands of dollars. Despite three phone calls where I am told it will get fixed, I continue getting harassing messages from their web portal telling me I owe them money and that they did bill it correctly. I contacted my insurance, and they never received a bill. I went on my insurance portal and looked at every EOB for the past year, and there is no record of them submitting a bill. When you ask to speak to a supervisor, they say one will call you back in the next five days. However, if you are working and cannot answer the phone, they just leave a message, and you have to call the main number again and schedule another call that comes at their convenience on whatever day they feel like in the next few days. I feel bad for those who just pay these erroneous bills because they do not have the knowledge, time, or patience to fight back. It is clear that they do not want to correct the problems. They just want to frustrate you until you give up and line their pockets with money they are not due.

Dr. Potluri is one of the best doctors I have. When you're with him in the exam room, you feel as if he's truly listening to you and your concerns. He asks many questions and works with you to find solutions you're comfortable with. He's flexible, thorough, and doesn't make any assumptions. I never feel rushed during my visits, as Dr. Potluri answers all questions and never seems like he is in a hurry to get to the next patient. I've never waited long to be seen. His office team is exceptional also. They are warm and very friendly. They work to get you the care and accommodations you need. They're so helpful and a pleasure to talk with.

Dr. Potluri use to be my doctor when he worked in Lawrenceville. He was the best neurologist I've had. He's very patient and dont rush you out the office like some of these other neurologist I've been to.

Dr. Potluri and his staff are fantastic. Dr. Potluri is both thorough and had great bedside manner. I would recommend him to all!

I have been a patient of Dr. Potluri for several years. I see several specialists regularly and he is one of the best. He is very thorough, kind, caring, and explains things. Wonderful doctor. You will be in good hands!

Dr. Srinivas Potluri is truly the best doctor I have ever had. He is extremely patient and listens to everything I have to say and it's obvious how much he truly cares about his patients'. Dr. Potluri has been my doctor for over 10 years and from the beginning has done his best to help me with every problem and concern I have. I’ve been a patient of Dr Potluri for nearly 12 years. He is an exemplary Doctor! I would HIGHLY recommend him for anyone who is in need of a Neurologist. His staff is also a mirror of the excellent work that Dr. Potluri provides to his patients.

Would not recommend Dr. Potluri for neuropathy problems, all he did for me was prescribe extensive blood work because of a fatty liver issue, (which I am aware of and being treated for by a specialist) and did nothing to offer any help regarding my neuropathy and possible lower back problems which may be the cause of neuropathy. Reviewed bloodwork and I had to call to get the results after waiting 2 weeks, told me to come back in 6 months. Nothing offered, will definitely not be returning
