I’ve been coming to this doctor for a while now since he was my family doctor growing up. I have no major medical issues so mainly would see him once a year for a physical and would say he is a decent doctor. But what truly makes every appointment an unpleasant visit is the front desk staff. They are SO rude and extremely difficult to work with on numerous occasions. They charged me for a copay that I wasn’t supposed to pay and when I reached out to my insurance company they told me I need to get reimbursed and after giving the doctor’s office a significant amount of time to complete all of that, I get excuses after excuses about my reimbursement. My entire family has had issues with the staff many many times and at this point I have given them enough chances and unfortunately even though my experience with the doctor was fine, it’s time for me to find another primary care practice.

I have very good experience with Srinivas! He is very caring! The way he treated my father is very much satisfied. he listens to us and get the history of the patient problem completely. his root cause analysis and suggestions are very helpful. He saved my father's life. He is the best doctor!

Dr.Mendu is good doctor. However his office is staff is not at all service oriented.... both Edison and Princeton office staff. I had to call atleast 10 times to get the wellness report. It took 2 weeks of follow-ups (and that is post 2 weeks after physical). They don't return voice mails... absolutely callous service. Moreover, staff at Princeton said that she got a billion things to do when I went to pick my report!!...and this attitude after constant follow-ups of 2 weeks.

Will always listen to you and give feedback and inputs to your problem In details while explaining reasons as well. After seeing 5/6 different doctors in New Jersey and getting frustrated with their treatment and behavior, I found dr mendu. And I never ever saw any other doctor for my family.
