I've been seeing Dr Ned in his office and in pain clinic. He is always very nice and explains everything so you understand what's going on and answers questions. His nurses and staff at both locations are always pleasant and very helpful.

The nurses were all extremely rude to me when I called and wanted to speak with my doctor. They gave me tons of attitude and were NOT AT ALL prompt in calling me back. They told me they were only able to reach my doctor one day out of the week, leaving me without necessary medication for 5 days, which doesn't sound like a lot but it really is when you consider the fact that this is a pain clinic. The nurses were extremely rude and unprofessional and the doctor did not listen to my concerns. I specifically asked for medication that wouldn't make me tired and he prescribed me a sedative.
