Spencer Keller Noorda

Dr. Noorda has worked on my wife twice and both surgeries came out fantastic. He has such a great sense of humor that leaves you feeling calm and relaxed, something that is very important when you are undergoing surgery. His staff is fantastic as well as the folks at the surgery center. I would recommend him to everyone.

Dr. Noorda is always pleasant, professional, concerned about me and my conditions. I've been his patient for nearly ten years and wouldn't want to switch to anyone else. I highly recommend him as a podiatrist.

Dr. Spencer Noorda is the best. Takes care of my foot needs. I feel like I left a Foot Spa when he takes care of me.

my visits went well, dr Spencer Noorda was attentive and knowledgeable. He suspected what was wrong within 10 minutes, ordered a biopsy, and sent it off. First and only visit. The brunette at the front desk needs to learn social skills when working with the public or go get a warehouse job. NOT welcoming at all! Dr. Spencer Noorda examined my foot and ankle. My diagnosis is that I have Posterior tibial tendon dysfunction, PTTD and told me I need to wear a CAM Boot and that my insurance will not cover it. He said "he charges $150, but I can go to walmart or amazon and get one for $50+." He would not take an x-ray. Told him I had recently lost my job and can't afford it. He sent me on my way. Well, I called my insurance company and told them my situation. She wasn't surprised and said he sounds like he didn't want to be bothered! She said the doctor should have submitted it to the insurance, or at least called them to verify coverage. She proceeded to not only find a company that my insurance covers but also called them, while I was on hold, to confirm. Now that is EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I had to call Dr. Spencer Noordas office to get an "actual written prescription", and the girl who answered the phone, actually said to me, "Oh your insurance covers it?" WOW!!! I had to go BACK to the doctor's office to pick up my prescription!!!! My insurance company gave me the phone number and address where I could get my CAM Boot. Insurance covered 100%! NEVER GOING BACK TO DR. SPENCER NOORDA!!!

Went because my wife recommended this practice. The medical assistant who showed me to the exam room was very unfriendly. Dr Spencer Noorda did not even x-ray my foot. He recommended compression socks and diabetic shoes and sent me home. I am now back at home wearing compression socks in extreme pain.
