I drove this morning through rain for 20 min. to get to see the doctor this morning to be told that I was 2 min late and could no longer be seen! 2 whole minutes!!! huh the late time I was there with my son I filled out paperwork in the room with the doctor after waiting 15min. to get in so I am NOT buying what your selling. the receptionist was mean and rude and I didn't appreciate her lack of compassion and understanding. what happens when the doctor is late? nothing. I understand if I was 10 or 15 but 2... a successful practice can Not operate like that. if i could give you negative numbers i would. my husband gets great service when he is seen and has been late several time but you have still seen him. double standards.... Shame on you and Shame on this office for being careless and mean..... Wonderful Doctor and office! Dr. Duncan is caring, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. He is well versed in many aspects of health, gives great information and advice, and listens with intent. The office ladies are outstanding, friendly and very helpful. Each nurse I dealt with from shots, to blood drawing was super friendly and made me feel at ease! We are grateful to have found this office and look forward to many years here! Husband and I highly recommend Dr. Duncan and his office to all! Wonderful Doctor and office! The most disappointing visit to any doctor at anytime in my life. Receptionist Angie was so unprofessional, rude, argumentative, and ill equipped. She took 2 phone calls and left us standing, unrecognized, or even welcomed into the clinic for at least 15 minutes. She has no communication or interpersonal relationship skills, cares nothing about the patients in front of her. Never again.

This office has the most unprofessional, rude, argumentative, and inefficient receptionist named Angie. We made a 45 mile roundtrip to visit this office as a favor to one of the doctors that is our neighbor. When we arrived, she ignored us as we waited for her to finish a phone call. Then she said she would be right with us, then took another call while we waited another 10 minutes before finally recognizing that we were there. When I suggested she prioritize patients in front of her over phone calls, she began arguing with us. At that point we walked out, never to return again.

Worst dr I've ever been to!!! He is a liar and he discriminates over age by what the offer to treat you with. his nurse is a complete mean and horrible person that says VERY inappropriate things and tries to tell you how you should be living or life. Talks negative towards my children ( which aren't even clients there) and how I should handle things ( which last time I checked she's no doctor!!! ) they put you on medication that actually is terrible for your condition. Over all this place is terrible and full of lies. I've never been to a dr. Office that is so horrible!!! The BBB will be contacted ASAP!!! I also plan to make all this very public with other people!! the nurse should fired for her inappropriate behavior and how she speaks to clients. be for and not about to work with the public specially in a dr office!!!!!!! Great Doctor. Staff and nurses are great. Very good with childeren

Dr. Duncan and his staff are wonderful. I am always able to schedule with no problem. He takes the time to listen to you as well. The entire facility is warm and welcoming. I have nothing but positive things to say about this office. I'm not sure why anyone would leave a negative review about this facility. It is clean, and well ran.

Dr. Duncan is a great family doctor to our kids. I have had a cold shoulder or two from staff at different times, but we all have our days.

Always polite and very knowledgeable. I never wait more than 15 minutes to see him. He treats me like a person not just a patient. He always finds the problem and has the cure. Best family doctor I've ever had.

By far the best physician I have ever seen. He gets down on the patients level with compassion. He's always been 100 percent devoted to his patients, and cares for them unlike any doctor I've seen. I have sent several friends to see him as their primary care physician. I won't go anywhere else, unless it's an emergency. Dr. Duncan's staff is amazing, and his nurse Stacie is great!
