I have been a patient for 12 yrs. I called for an appt. I was told that Dr would no longer see me because I "hadn't been happy with the practice for some time." As recently as 2019, I recommended Dr. Bhatia to 2 people who are now his patients. The only time I've ever complained was 2 or 3 yrs ago when his M.A. dropped the ball so I wasn't able to get the bloodwork done when I showed up early and hungry. Otherwise, I've been very happy. They unfired me but he couldn't see me for 10 days! I couldn't wait 10 days, so went to Urgent Care. My Annual Physical got bumped 3 weeks. Going forward, he'll be working half days which means that it's gonna take even longer to get in. Firing me made no sense. In July, he formally fired my wife. I can't help but wonder if he's trying to surreptitiously reduce the # of Medicare patients he has. Lots of staff turnover, esp M.A.s. Never seen on time. But he is a good doctor and all Specialists he's referred me to are excellent.

Excellent professional and caring doctor and staff. I feel fortunate to have such great medical care. Highly recommend

I just saw Dr. Bhatia for the first time and I was highly impressed with his overall demeanor and willing to listen. He was extremely thorough. I am very glad my Sister with Comprehensive Cancer Centers of Nevada referred him to me.

We've been with Dr. Bhatia for over eight months. They've withheld my anxiety medication the entire time we've been seeing them. I've been to their office for various problems, asking them to send the RX over every time, and each time it was a "No problem, we'll send it today," well it's been 8 months! But I've had neck and back problems as well, eight months for them to refer me to a Neurologist for it. They didn't even notate the referral fully, dizziness, balance and something else MINOR. I've had serious issues with movement, my head, neck, arms, legs are stiff and HURT me. Not once have they showed any true compassion. Disdain mostly. Dr. Bhatia doesn't listen to what's happening enough to address everything. They don't connect the dots at all. It's order tests, empty promises, and then they DISCHARGE you for complaining about their LACK OF ACTION to help! Kayla is a piece of work! She's PASSIVE-AGGRESSIVE. Bhatia and Kayla are LIARS! They pretended they didn't remember our difference of opinion. They told me "there's no problem" after my UNTREATED ANXIETY for 8 months, because they didn't send the prescription for God knows what reason, it's not because I didn't pee into a cup for them for a drug screening. I've given my blood and urine to these people multiple times with the notion that they were doing the necessary drug screenings to fill my RX. This discharge seems retaliatory and cruel. This is NOT over-we're going all the way to the top of the medical board of Nevada with this one! And if they scrubbed their systems or updated stuff after the fact, our copy of the medical records we downloaded from the PORTAL will show their attempt to not only cover up negligence and malpractice, but also their lack of COMPASSION for one of their patients who was more than reasonably patient with them fumbling the ball on EVERY play. They want compassion from their patients over what they went through this last year, without ANY regard for what my husband and I went through. They have ALL the medical records and I honestly doubt they've even reviewed HIS case at all in the last 8 months. We had to give them a brief, rushed medical history verbally, and I was having communication problems because they had the B12 dosage way too low for 8 months for a SEVERE DEFICENCY. My neurologist up'd the B12 injections a few weeks ago even though my levels have gone up from just below 200 to 384. They're negligence cost me 8 months of a normal life by withholding proper dosages, and not adjusting things as we went, because they were HOSTILE towards giving me PROPER MEDICAL ATTENTION. This is NOT my fault, it's negligence, plain and simple! Don't waste your time with this practice! They only care about what insurance you have and how much money they can make off YOUR misery, which they will increase and gaslight you into believing it's you. Shelly the office manager seemed to have compassion and understanding, and we don't feel that she lied about anything, but her telling me we were OK back in October and that I wouldn't have any problems going forward was an untruth. What kind of doctor acts like they don't know what happened when a patient tries to have a heart to heart with them. A doctor without honesty and compassion is no doctor you want to deal with. He comes across as "very nice" but he's a cold and unfeeling man. Kayla is a clown of lies and fake sentiment. They should be put out of business for their NEGLEGENCE!

I have been really happy with Dr. Bhatia, his assistant, and staff, for 5 years. He takes time to answer questions. They have an in-office Quest testing phlebotomist.

Dr. Bhatia is the most caring, patient, understanding, (I could go on and on but you get the idea) he is truly the best. If he can't fix it he'll find you someone who can. He, unlike a lot of doctors nowadays cares and enjoys his patients and does what's right for them, not what's going to make him the most money. He's always on time and the wait is never long. Awesome physician and assistant Kayla. Always contacts me personally with test results and takes care of any questions and concerns.

He took his time with me and was very thorough. I was having a couple of problems and he set up some tests to help figure out what was going on. I got feedback from the tests within a few days. I'm very satisfied.

I was discharged as a patient yesterday, after 3 years of being a one. Dr. Bhatia diagnosed me as having three debilitating illnesses: bone spurs between my vertebrae, Fibromyalgia, and Rheumatoid Arthritis. I have been in chronic pain for years. I can barely walk some days and I am on crutches most days. His go-to treatment is turmeric, which isn't going well. I can't ever get anyone there to leave a message other than "call us back" whenever I call so it's a game of phone tag. I was told I was discharged for going into their office during the COVID-19 outbreak in order to make an appointment. He was great when I first started seeing him. He listened and was concerned, but he went from a seemingly caring and capable physician to the type to issue a full discharge to a patient crying out for help. He has lost his spark.

Dr. Bhatia is highly competent and very patient oriented. I trust him and his judgement and truly he is interested in me and wants the best for me.

Dr. Bhatia and his medical assistant, Kayla, are the best. They make you feel like you are the only patient they have. Kayla always returns calls in a timely manner. She is friendly and professional. Dr Bhatia listens to my concerns, or questions. I never feel rushed. His bedside manner is caring and approachable.

I decided to make Dr. Bhatia my PCP and it was the best decision I could have made! The front desk staff was amazing! Very welcoming, very nice, and very quick! Dr. Bhatia has been my primary care physician for nearly 15 years. He has always been caring and willing to take time to understand any medical concerns. He is thorough and competent. The staff are efficient and courteous. I highly recommend Dr. Bhatia to anyone looking for an excellent primary care doctor.

I have been very impressed with the care I have received from Dr. Bhatia. He is very thorough and takes the time to listen to my concerns. Additionally, his office is very quick to send referrals to other physicians.

Dr. Bhatia is the best internal medicine doc I have been to. He is patient, he listens, and he genuinely takes an interest in your well-being. I also like the front desk and nurses. This is a first rate operation!

I am reluctant to refer Dr. Bhatia as it may make it harder to get an appointment but he is a fine physician with a great manner of talking to you. His staff are efficient. He has a new nurse so well see how responsive she is but so far so good.

I have been seeing Dr. Bhatia for the last five years. He really cares and takes extra time to help me with all of my needs. I would highly recommend this practice.

All doctors should be like this. I was in the exam room at my exact appointment time. The doctor didn't rush me - he met with me for 20 minutes, until all of my questions and concerns were addressed. Rather than immediately writing prescriptions, he was able to suggest lifestyle changes which I could try to remedy my issues. I highly recommend Dr. Bhatia!

Takes time to listen, gives explanation of treatments, does not rush you through the consultation. Very personable and kind.

I have no problem with the Doctor himself but the staff and front desk worst people you could deal with. Because of the way they treat you there I will stop going there.
