I absolutely love Dr. Maddox. She has made a big difference in my quality of life. Knowing that she is knowledgeable and truly cares about my health makes me feel so grateful to have her as my doctor. She is the first doctor that has ever listened to my concerns and understands my health goals. I trust her judgment and information offered about certain medications or treatment plans. Dra. Maddox has been my PCP for the last 10 years, and I am very comfortable with her as my doctor. She knows my medical history very well and always take time to listen my health concern and she Is easy to understand the way she talk. I can communicate with her through My chart and she respond right way to my medical request like medication refill. The only complain I have is, she is too busy which is not her fault. If I have some health concern and need to see a doctor, I will see a different doctor which I totally understand.

I appreciate Doctor Maddox. She is very thorough, very patient very thoughtful and she knows what she's talking about. I can't thank you enough.

We have some differences in thought and opinion but we work through it. My provider is always pleasant and respectful, we just communicate differently.

I'm a fairly new patient to your medical center. I'm very impressed with all your staff members. Courteous, attentive, and professional.

She has a way of helping me understand changes I may need to consider or make as I age. It's important to me to take a natural approach before medication. She understands that and helps me navigate those areas where it might require both.

Provider is always responsive and approachable. I have been with her for many years, at least 20. I hope she never leaves. I trust her judgment.

I felt Dr. Maddox listened to my concerns and took them seriously. Also, she used my medical records to share what could be going on with my body and she cared. This is the best care I have received out of the 2 years with PAC Med.

I was highly impressed that Dr Maddox and her team reached out to me to go over recent blood test result. They had a 2:30 on opening and called me to set up the appointment so I could talk to Sr Maddox earlier than the appointment I had set up for October. I felt that Dr Maddox truly cares about my well being and that my health is truly important to her. I know she has a large amount of patients and this made me realize how truly lucky I am to have her as my doctor.

The dr. Was very concerned of my health and what I was going through that she referred me to valley med for xray and cscan. Greatly appreciated.

I always love seeing dr. Maddox. She always listens to what I have to say and if she doesn't know the answer she will send me to a specialist who does know the answer. Always has been great seeing her.

Dr Maddox has been my doctor for many years and I trust her completely. She has expressed much concern for me as I only took one J&J shot (I refuse to call these shots vaccines) & do not want to add any more unproven shots to my system. I've been in the hospital three times in about 4 or 5 months for my heart & breathing issues. I can count on Dr Maddox to explain the new drugs the hospital doctors put me on & why I should continue to take them. If she is ok with my new drugs then so am I. I also am happy with her nurse. She treats me so well.

I agree with the rest of the comments on here. I saw Dr.Maddox because I found a lump in my breast and my current doctor didn’t have any openings. Upon examining me she couldn’t feel the lump, I had to take her hand and put it where the lump was. She proceeded to tell me that it’s not cancer, I’m too young to have cancer. She didn’t do anything about it, just told me to watch it and don’t worry. A Few days later I went to my primary care doctor and she told me the lump was concerning and I needed to get a biopsy…. I would not recommend this doctor.

This doctor is constantly belittling time after time. Does not listen to patient needs brought directly to her and undermines them. Almsot as if she does not believe patient complaints and does nothing to adress them. I know it is not just one patient. This has been for multiple years of seeing this person. Very cold and unhelpful.

I love her. She has been my doctor for many years and I trust in everything she says and does. She sent me for help when I didn’t even know anything was wrong and basically saved my life twice.

She is the most cold doctor I have ever met. Instead of listening to the patient she is busy demeaning them. I would think at a certain age you know your body. While going on 60+ I know my body.

Dr. Maddox is great with teenagers! My two boys think she's great and easy to talk too. They frown at the app that she had them download on thier phones, tracking thier screen time but they definitely are more conscious and decreased time spent on phones.

I agreed with most of these other reviews. She is very cold and judgmental. Makes you feel like a child that doesn’t know your medical history at all. Would not recommend if you want to feel cared for. Very rude.

I went to her based on reviews and location from where I lived. I moved here from NV. I explained that I had went to a sleep study and was on medication, she asked for my permission to pull my chart. I gave it to her. She refused to refill my prescription saying I was “too young” to be on sleep medication despite my sleep study proving my condition. She gave no alternative either. I felt like she didn’t believe me about my condition but realized she just didn’t care to help. Stay away!

I've been seeing Dr. Maddox for years. She takes plenty of time to talk with me about any and all health concerns I have. I've read other reviews on this site that say she's judgmental, and it baffles me. Her job is to explain things to me - so, for example, when I tell her I have two or more drinks a night, she's not "judging me" by telling me it's too much. She's explaining that it increases my risk of breast cancer. Feeling judged is all on you. I think she's excellent in all areas.

I am disappointed as I had high hopes that I had finally found a good doctor and it seemed that way from the previous reviews and experience listed on the PAC Med site. Until I met Dr. Maddox and didn't like the vibe as I felt she was not the right fit for me. I feel she is somewhat judgemental, doesn't really listen to or understand any of my health concerns, needs, or questions. And not very personable or warm. I didn't feel good about clinic visit during or after.

Treats me like I don't know my own body and as if I'm a liar. The arrogance with some Dr.s these days is getting old. We have no reason to lie.... Why would we waste the co pay and our time?!
