I adore Dr. Bui and his Staff. They are always so kind and go the extra mile to care for you. I have gone to Dr. Bui for many years and feel lucky to have a doctor who listens and wants to help you solve whatever problem you are coming to see him for. His Nurse Tia is SO NICE! I was in a bit of a tizzy when went in yesterday and she was just so kind and caring. She is always very comforting and lets you know you are not alone. I really appreciate Dr. Bui and his wonderful staff. Also, the office is always super clean. You can tell they take cleanliness very seriously. The place is spotless. He books up quick so I recommend always scheduling follow up appointments if you are in need of care. They are the best!

Dr. San Bui is the best Dr. around. He's very knowledgeable, thorough and CARES. He takes time to listen and is very prompt in requesting all referrals and tests. I trust him and his expertise 100% which is RARE!

Dr Bui is fantastic. I highly recommend him if you're looking for a primary care physician. Some reviews complain about long office waits/disorganization, but that was not my experience at all. Even if I had to wait a while, I would say he is worth the wait.

I have nothing but good things to say about Dr Bui. He has been mine and my families primary doctor for over a decade. He is extremely knowledgeable and listens to your medical needs.

Dr. But is the best doctor I have ever had in Las Vegas. He always sees you in person instead of pawning you off on an assistant and he listens to what you have to say even though he’s very busy. I’m so happy to have him as my doctor and I recommend him to everyone I know!

My first visit (doctor Son Bùi) him yesterday, I can tell he is very good doctor compared to my previous doctor. So from now on, doesn’t matter how far he is, I still keep him as my primary doctor ??

I need to get a disabled placard and needed the Dr. signature for DMV. He charges $65 dollars for his signature. The front office staff particularly the lady at the right side window take no initiative. I needed records transferred that was cumbersome as well. Try calling? I’ve been trying to get through for 45 minutes. I’m put on hold and then disconnected. I found a new doc. I just hope I can get my records transferred since I’ve only seen him twice. I wanted to reschedule a new client appointment. When I called, I was automatically put on a 15 minute hold. I hung up, called back and was once again immediately put on hold for 20 minutes. During my second 20 minute hold time, I decided to try calling on our other line. They answered that call, while my other call to them was still on hold playing hold music. They do not have a priority system for their calls, and would keep one caller waiting for almost 30 minute while answering a new call. Instead of rescheduling I canceled. Dr Son Bui is absolutely one of the best and caring Doctors ,during this time of Covid19 he promptly keeps appt with very little wait time took us 3 min to be taken back Truly a Doctor Who Cares about his patients.

Dr. Bui is the BEST doctor! Dr. Bui is awesome! I have never had a Doctor actually really take the time to listen to me! He truly cares about getting his patients healthy as they can be.

I have been a patient of Dr Bui for 25 years. Wouldn’t dream of going to another Dr. He has a great bedside manner and is a quality doctor. My attorney told me should had heard nothing but good things about him, and she is an attorney.

I am a patient of Dr. Bui....he is very patient, kind, and understanding, and takes time to listen and explain things to you. Dr. Bui is an amazing doctor, I have been going to him for over 20 years. My children have been going to him since they were little as well and still get treated by him to this day. He always provides an accurate diagnosis, is a very caring physician filled with sympathy and empathy, has a great sense of humor, and only wants the best for his patients. Had my appointment yesterday as a first time patient, was very hopeful and optimistic that I found a good doctor. However I will not be back due the the disrespect and rudeness I experienced from the older front desk lady. You have signs posted that you strive for 5 stars, however you give a 1 star service. It is very unfortunate and especially since I liked Dr. Bui and now let the search begin for a new doctor.

Outstanding doctor, very professional, listens, and take the time to understand.

Dr. Bui is a 5 star doctor and has been our family physician for nearly 20 years. HOWEVER, it is insane that when I call because I am sick I can't get an appointment to see him for 2 1/2 weeks. I'm sick NOW. What is the point of having a personal primary care physician if you can never get in to see him when it's needed? It's particularly troubling in this horrible flu season where people are dying of the flu that I can't get in to see the doctor that actually knows me.

Unfortunately I wasn't able to see the dr. So I do not have a review for him. But the nurses and the staff there are complete idiots. When I called for an appointment weeks ago, they said they tookmy insurance so I waited 3 weeks to see this dr. The day of my appointment, I go to the office and this Dr has moved locations. Once I get to new location, the nurse says "we don't take your insurance". Maybe this Dr needs some new staff members. Now I have wasted all this time,and I need heath care.

Dr Bui is very caring , knowledgeable and helpful. He gives it to you straight and lets you know what your options are. he is always ready to help and really knows his patients. I have been seeing him for almost 10 years and I would never change.

Dr son built is one of the best doctors in this city. He is right on it. He is knowledgeable where other doctors haven't a clue or frankly gives a care. He saved my daughters life . He wasted no time, did the tests and urgently had her admitted for surgery when her pancreas was failing He saved my ex husband life when recognizing a serious illness that actually was a rare parasite multiplying in his body after effectively catching it and prescribed the medication Greg lived when in hours could have died when parasites traveled through him would have killed him...I know eweeee but it happened.
