Nothing makes me sadder and madder than having an appointment for my daughter down at the med center taking 1 hour to get there and having them tell you they cancelled it. No notice and I had to pay parking ($7) to get out. And M was upset she had to miss school. (This is a first for her to actually want to go to school She is autistic, has ADHD and more). This is not the first time Dr. S Roy ENT with UT Physicians office has done this to us. I do think Dr Roy is good at his job but am now looking for a new ENT for my daughter. Have had this appointment for a year. I called last week to make sure and they called me to tell me how much I would owe. What about what they owe me? Dr. Roy is such a great doctor! He came highly recommended and I am so glad they pointed me to him. My daughter had to have tubes put in her ears at 2 years old (2 years ago). We see him every 6 months for checkups. He is great with my daughter but also answers all the questions my husband and I have. He is fast but I have NEVER felt rushed. I can not say enough positive things about him! Dr. Roy is such a great doctor! He came highly recommended and I am so glad they pointed me to him. Dr Roy is the best. He cured my little sister after he did a tonsillectomy on her. Before she would get sick every month and be bed ridden and on antibiotics and after the surgery ( which by the way was SUPER smooth) she has gotten sick ONCE. The surgery was a year ago. He is not only an amazing doctor who is rich in knowledge, but is also a individual who gives you that comfort and friendliness that does not stop you from asking any questions you might have in regards to health issues. Dr. Roy was awesome with my 9 month old and the staff was extremely nice, comforting and caring! Great experience.

Dr Roy has been awesome with our granddaughter. The staff from the front desk to the rest of the visit ....everyone is so nice & very helpful!!

This doctor was great! He made us the parents and son feel comfortable and his assistants are great. He is very knowledgeable and straight forward. That's what i like and he works well with you.

Dr. Roy is an incredible surgeon - so kind and took such great care of me throughout my treatment and surgery!!
