He is the best doctor I have ever had. One of the main things I appreciate are his listening skills. I once had a doctor who's only concern was if I wore a seatbelt and if I had a gun in my house; that was her main concern. You don't get that kind of garbage with Dr Q. The best professional and caring doctor

Dr. Qarni great doctor. He's been my doctor about 30 years give or take a few years

Dr Qarni truly cares for his patients. He goes out of his way to help all of his patients. For example he has added patients in when he was already booked to capacity. He will also stay late to see patients if it is required because of certain circumstances with some patients.

Dr Qarni is the best physician in the world! I have been his patient for over 20 years, as well as over 20+ family members & friends of mine. We all LOvE him and his staff!

Very kind and detailed.

He has helped me and my family a lot throughout the past 25 years he is a great doctor and an easy-going person that explains everything to you to make sure you understand.

Excellent PCP been with him since 2012!

I went today for my first visit! The staff was very personal and professional. I would recommend that Dr qarni was very patient and helped me with all my concerns . I also liked to add my son was also pleased with his first visit also.

I have been going to Dr. Qarni for almost 8 years. He also treats my 7 year old and most of my family. He is a awesome doctor! I would not go to anyone else.

The facility is kind-of cruddy and the wait is always longer than expected. But Dr. Qarni is damn good. I won't go in-depth, but I'm willing to go thru the mediocre-at-best circumstances of his practice, to receive his care. Hope this helps.

Dr. Qarni must have had a VERY bad day on November 4th, 2014. I scheduled an appointment for 5:30 p.m. after a car accident (I was told there would be no wait). Upon waiting for a half hour in the waiting area, I was worried that I'd be late to teach a 7 p.m. class, but wanted to see "my doctor". As I waited, I'd asked the receptionist if I could use the office phone to confirm the accident/ claim number (requested by the nurse). My cell phone, as usual, needed to be charged. The agent wanted to discuss more about the accident. I placed the agent on hold as I preceded to the examination room. While the nurse examined me, I continued the hold, explaining to her what I was doing, not not wanting to interfere with her work. As she departed I continued discussing the accident with the agent on phone in the examination room and also called a colleague to confirm that I would be late to teach a class. When Qarni came in the room at about 6:45 p.m. he said that I should not be on the phone. I smiled thinking he was joking. He snatched the phone from my hand and told me that patients couldn't make personal phone calls in the patient room. I was shocked. I never saw this disposition from the doctor I've sent so many to and have seen for more than five years. Patient, doctor interactions should not be this way. I packed my things and walked out of the examination room, deciding that, that would be my last time visiting. No longer referring people to his practice and preparing them for this disposition. I was NOT seen for my injuries by Dr. Qarni. My health, injury should have been his main concern but apparently he was fixated with the phone. Needless to say I visited Patient First in White Marsh. For poor cell phone owners like myself, they have a phone in the waiting area for patient use. There was a healthy and friendly exchange between myself and all of the medical staff. I was given a compact, thorough examination and left knowing exactly why I was experiencing pain after what I thought was a minor fender bender. Patient First is in, Dr. Qarni is out!
