Excellent physician, excellent patient doctor communication. He is trust worthy, gives excellent care, God centered in his treatment. I totally trust Dr. Ali.

It took 4 days to get ahold of someone just for them to turn me away. When you call you get a recording saying to use their site. Three days later we didn't get a call. So we tried the phone again. Automated message said we'd get a call in 24 hours. We never got that call. Tried again the next day. All automated messages. Finally today a real human answered the phone. We got turned away because, even though we don't need referrals for our insurance, they wanted one anyways. We tried for days to give them our money and get an appointment only to be met with a rude staff. Caring about your patients starts with how you're treated upfront.

I have never being so disgusted by a group of people. I’m not referring to the nurses or dr ali they are amazing but I’m sick and tired of the receptionist especially one today which she hung up when When I had asked for her name because she was really rude. If you wake up miserable with a bad attitude because you don’t like your job don’t treat others with that ignorance. Find something other than what you are doing because working 4 days straight 12 hour night shift to be woken up to a person that Dosent even give you a chance to talk and treat people with no respect then hungs up on you; please choose another career I’m tired of this. I hate this place. I like Dr Ali, and I see him when I absolutely have to, but I HATE the office and the staff. They are basically the COVID Nazis. The office manager guy is such a bully, he loves to shout at me for not wearing a mask, even though medically I cannot wear one and I always bring my documentation with me, but he will still discriminate against me regardless. It goes against every ADA law. He also loves to yell at all the staff and bully them for no apparent reason at all but that hes a power hungry monster. I hate this place. Dr. Ali as a doctor was great. However, the staff, primarily the nurse, is rude & inconsiderate. I was told by Dr. Ali that whenever I needed a refill, all I needed to do was called. Which I did several times just for the nurse to get back to me 4 days later telling me that I wasn’t allowed to get a refill because I had cancelled my follow up appointment & blood work appointment which I did go to my blood work appointment & called several times to reschedule my follow up appointment but NO ONE answered nor did they return my calls. To top it off, the nurse was extremely rude in which I did respond back to it because it was not okay for her to talk to me like a child because this is my health we are talking about. Due to me responding back to the nurse in the same manner, they decided(without notification) to discharge me from my treatment. Dr. Ali, you need to take a better look at your staff. A doctor who is thorough and caring. He listened and understood my concerns and my personal limitations on what I am willing (able?) to do. He helped work around the issues.

Dr. Ali had a very calm way of explaining things and is very thorough.

Dr. Ali, is one of the few doctors today who loves what they do, he is friendly, kind and clearly explains every situation, he is never in a hurry and takes time with each patient with great care and patience. Furthermore, he is a volunteer without a payment, he is the same way with every patient, he loves to serve and he loves his profession. Excellent specialist. I am a physician and for many years was being treated for my thyroid problem by other endocrinologists. After really getting desperate with lack of control of my medical problem, I visited Dr Ali and he explained immediately where others had gone wrong. This was 2017 and I have been doing well since. Highly recommend Dr Ali. He is patient taking his time to explain things and excellent bedside manners

If there was ZERO STARS I would have selected! After searching for an endocrinologist for almost a year, a colleague of mine recommended him. From my first visit, I did not feel welcomed from the front desk staff to the actual doctor. I saw him for almost a year, each time paying a substantial amount of money as he was considered a specialist, I did not mind as after all this is internal medicine and I needed answers to what was going on. I gained 10 pounds in the first 6 months after he adjusted my medication, I ended up getting rid of Dr. Ali and went back to my primary care physician, which I am now 100% better. I would not recommend this doctor, I did see him 4 times and all 4 times he made me feel rushed and as if my questions were bothering him. Not friendly at all, just took my money every single time. I have been going to Dr. Ali for quite a few years. He has always made me feel as though I was the only person he was treating at the moment. He is always willing to answer any questions I ask and has always welcomed my inquiries. I thank God for him ????

Dr. Ali came very highly recommended, and I am not disappointed at all. He is very kind, thorough, personable, friendly. He is very attentive and does not rush. His staff is very nice and friendly. I am very happy with Dr. Aliv and his office. I would highly recommend them. Thank you!

Horrible. I just need my prescription and theyre making it impossible. Someone was helping me and out me on hold, from there 4 different receptionists picked up the phone clueless. On the phone 30 min no help. One lady even tried to argue with me telling me i dont need to see a specialist... she doesnt know anything about my history. Eventually had to ask her to put someone else on bc she was so rude, uninformed and frustrating. This place is awful. Reception is a mess.

They are pretty terrible. I’ve called 4 times since the week before Christmas left 4 messages and no return call. Sadly they came highly recommended by a family member.

I wish all physicians were like Dr Ali. He will sit with you and talk about your issues, including being sure you understand your condition and treatment available. As a nurse this is important to me. He also helps you chose the best route available once you understand. Yes like every doctor he can be rushed, but if he knows your interest in participating in your care, he will happily oblige. Would build my insurance around being able to continue with him.

I have been taking my disabled adult son to Dr. Ali since Sept 2010. After being misdiagnosed for about 5 years, Dr. Ali diagnosed his Type 1 diabetes after his first blood test. What an incredible bedside manner he has! So knowledgeable , professional , and practical, and a sense of humor, too!! We will continue to drive out of our way to see him! When I count my blessings, he’s one of them! Lg

I have had Dr. Ali as my endocrinologist for quite a few years and have found him very good! He listens well and is thorough and personable.

I've been a patient of Dr. Ali's since 2007. He helped me immensely thru a Pituitary tumor and Cushings Disease as well as balanced out my hypothyroidism with boy natural and pharmaceutical means. Great manner, very friendly and always explains everything in detail with no rush. As a medical professional myself I greatly appreciate and respect that.

I've been a patient of Dr. Ali's for over 10 years. He is wonderful doctor and has a pleasant bedside manner. His staff is hit or miss. They've canceled my appointments a couple of times without notice, or scheduled them at the wrong office. However, when this has happened, Dr. Ali has always called me personally to apologize, and given me my results etc over the phone. He doesn't make me reschedule and make another trip. The phlebotomists in this practice are excellent. Wait times vary.

He is a wonderful , very friendly and caring with his patients.

No experience with Doctor. I was a new patient, late for appointment. The only Desk clerk was swamped between opening locked door to let another patient into the back room and gathering the free $ 50.00 late fee. Felt like they need not need my business . Needless to say, I will not bother them again.

Been a patient for 10 years and too lazy to switch- recent serious health issues past 12 months and narrowed it down to with autoimmune and thyroid related - figured he might rise to the occasion to be a doctor!! NOPE! his exact words your thyroid has NOTHING to do with your over all health!it doesn't affect your body at all , only the thyroid !?! Come back in 3 months for an ultra sound! Is he joking?!? He was TOO lazy to be bothered to actually do more than write a synthroid script !SHAME!
