Dr. Sohaib Ahmed Faruqi

I have a very good experience with DR. FARUQI. Firstly I saw some comments here which were saying he was rude he didn’t listen but I never saw him like that way which were mentioning in Some comments. He is nice personality and well experienced gastroenterologist. I would love to recommend him to my friends and family.

There’s never a wait to see the doctor. The staff is friendly. I have been a patient for 20 years and wouldn’t think about going anywhere else.

Dr Faruqi is the best gi doctor i have ever seen and i highly recommend him to anyone who has gi issues. Several years ago he discovered a benign tumor in my esophagus and personally researched the best option for me and helped me find the best physician to take care of the problem. He really went above and beyond for me. I am very happy with his office and staff.

He spoke to me like I was stupid. Not a nice man. It was my first time seeing this doctor. After I have my EGD & colonoscopy scheduled in June. I will not be going back to him. I have had so many colonoscopys in last 8 years. Considering I am a survivor in remission for 2 years from stage 4 colorectal cancer & have a permanent colostomy bag. Told I was going to die! I believe that I have knowledge of my body and medical history better than he does.

Everything from the office staff to the doctor was very pleasant. Procedure and follow up was very simple.

I had been dealing with nausea off and on for some time. After a few tests, and we found out the cause. I am on a therapy regimen and hopefully that will take care of everything. I highly recommend Dr. Faruqui if anyone is dealing with stomach issues.

Husband needs colonoscopy. Got appointment. Had to reschedule because had bad bout w dementia. Waited two weeks. At appointment Dr realized husband had CLL w decreased platelet count. Says another count needed. Had blood drawn that day. Two more weeks to get another appointment. Still no word on the platelet count.

Its amazing how much medical history is needed to check for polyps!

I like Dr. Faruqi but my experience this week with his office staff has me looking for another gastroenterologist. Over two days, I called multiple times. The phone just rang and rang or it would go to their answering service during regular business hours. When someone in the office finally answered, I was placed on hold for over 12 minutes.
